Dreams Romford

When we entered the store we was greeted by a trainee who asked how she could help. She was very helpful and managed to find answers to all our questions. However I feel that other members of staff could have supported her better. In my opinion a full trained member of staff could have walked round with us to support her when she need assistance. We purchased everything we needed so that was good. The person who put our order through was a bit pushy with trying to sell the insurance but other than that it was a good visit

Came in today and spoke to a lovely man think it was Lee but not sure, he was extremely helpful and helped me with mattresses. Although I did not purchase one as to expensive, he was very sweet and listened to me and offered me advice and really helped me just by listening and understanding my situation. He is a great member of staff. just wanted to say thank you

The customer service from Lee was amazing. I went to the store before closing time and he took the time to explain about the mattresses, bed choices, delivery options and deals. He even stayed after closing time and did not rush me to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Two stars is to be nice. Typical bold matress sales man tactics. Guy was very confident kept talking and made us feel uncomfortable, we wanted to leave. Then at the end mentioned that the prices will be changing in coming days which is also a pressure sales tactic, these things are so old school! Also dreams policy is no return just exchange which is off putting especially if you are not happy with the matress. Online stores generally have a 100 day return policy. Although he wanted to convince us it's all about how your body feels, to me, I have to sleep on a mattress for a while before I can say it's good. He didn't agree of course 😅 (we did not purchase anything, despite customer care replying to this with a fake order number)

Given 5* as sales man was very nice guy helped us as much as he could but we got a better deal down the road...

The bed is overpriced. The material used has not a good quality, and the crew that delivered was not studious. They damaged my walls. That was not my Dream. Totally dissappointing. Also, I have bought this online and couldn't have any chance to touch the real bed before. So photos would not tell you everything online. Especially, the drawer handles are so weak and razor sharp. You can injure your leg. Yes I bought it on Black Friday with discount but I don't pay it with Monopoly Money so it has a price.£1,035.00! As a customer, I have a right to get good customer service and product. The discount you made would not make you right! This product and service don't deserve this price. Would never recommend it.

I visited the Dreams store at Romford few weeks ago to pick a mattress for my new flat. Rebecca guided me throughout my visit and helped me find the right mattress for my needs. She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I returned back two days later to purchase pillows and mattress protector. The lady who assisted me - Kirsty her name - made my undecisiveness go away once she explained me the benefits of a firm pillow versus a soft one. All in all I left the store very satisfied and I can highly recommend it for the quality of its products and the excellent customer service.

Helpful staff, and good selection. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive, but instead took the time to help us purchase the mattress we needed within the budget we had.
