Reception staff are lovely but the doctors don’t care about patients! I went with a problem but the doctor I saw (will happily post names of people want to know) quickly brushed my problem “under the carpet” and started fat shaming!! I mentioned this to my mother and she said she had the same problem with the same doctor!! I sat through a ten minute lecture from the doctor to then leave in tears with medication for my original problem which I informed her doesn’t work before she prescribed it which costs nearly £10! Disgusting! Formal complaint has been posted to the surgery!

I Never leave a review but the outstanding experience I've just received from a receptionist called Ann is worthy of a mention. You all do an amazing job in the NHS but especially at the moment .Ann were kind, considerate and interested in my situation and really the perfect model of what an NHS receptionist should be like. Thwnkyou

Worst doctor's ever can't get through to make an appointment. Telephone service is a joke.

I was able to get a telephone appointment the same day and was offered a face to face later that day.

Initially the telephone nessage did say the queue was full, but I tried 10 min later and was able to get a call back booked in.

There was an issue with the surgery not being able to get through on my mobile phone. When I called to follow this up, they called on my wife's mobile which I had provided and I was able to have my consultation.

Overall, I felt my problem was dealt with relatively quickly and efficiently. I was able to collect my medication from the pharmacy in the health centre.

Great doctors but the receptionist on the phone so rude you wouldn't believe. I'm going to be making a formal complaint about this person too.

So far, my experience with them has been good.
The receptionists despite attending to many callers or clients on the queue still try to be calm, polite and helpful when i speak with them. The reception itself is clean and large enough to allow for adequate spacing, masks and hand sanitizer are available in line with COVID-19 rules. So far so good.

Awful service. Nearly an hour wait time everytime you call no matter the time of day, that's if you're lucky enough to get added to the queue.
Got a poorly 1 year old whose yet to see a doctor at that surgery without the intervention of a health visitor and then there's magically an appointment. just get told to ring 111 or to take him to urgent care.
With out a doubt the worst surgery I've signed up to.

The telephone answering service is abysmal. Three times this week I have waited in the phone for almost an hour and was still well down in the queue. If you do not want patients coming into the centre for routine queries you need to improve your service
