Hedena Health at Bury Knowle Health Centre

I have had no problems with the doctors at the surgery. However my encounters with the admin staff have been rude and not just unhelpful but unreasonable. It's tragic that such incompetent people have the right to be able earn any sort of living, as they seem to do little more other than respire and make other people's lives worse than they already are...

Went in today with an ear infection, firstly you never get to see a doctor nowadays it's like they are too important now for everyone.
You get to see a nurse. Nice as she was, she has no authority to prescribe anything and doesn't always know how to do a thorough assessment.
Prescribed me a generic antibiotic, which is not what I needed, I clearly told what helps with my condition.
But its like talking to a brick wall.
Will be leaving this place and find proper doctor if there is one. 😩

Reception absolutely rubbish and useless!!! We had to cancel our flight as they are not capable to register us properly and we couldn't connect to the NHS app. All the time we go there they told us it's gonna work and it never work....there colleagues told us it's them to register you properly...anyway we're register with another GP....enough with these incompetent piece of S***!!! Good luck everyone who still there!!

Useless practice. You phone up to book an appointment and they ONLY allow phonecall appointments as a first option. So you call the desk just to book a slot to call a doctor, who then tells you that a face to face is needed and instead of booking me in herself, she tells me to wait for reception to contact me. I wait 24 hours then get a text telling me that I have to call the desk instead. So when I call, they suddenly have no record of my call and tell me that I need yet another phonecall appointment first.

Same happened when 111 told me that my issue was emergency and needed immediate bloodwork done. I called the surgery to book an appointment only to be told they have nothing on file and I need a phonecall instead. I booked the phonecall, who then called me and said theres again nothing on file about my calls and to wait for 24hours for a further call, which never happened. They didn't phone back at all. I've given up.

The reception don't do anything at all, they don't care to log any info going through them, and you get stuck in a loop of calls forever.

If I could gove 0 that's what they would get surprised they even have 2.3 stars.
Don't care about patience what so ever no help and very rude reception staff. Wouldn't waste your breath or time and go to a better and more professional doctors surgery.

Really helpful staff both in person and over the phone. I came into the practice desperately ill and unable to drive to my usual practice 2hrs away. They set me up a temporary registration and a doctor called me and sent over all the information I needed later that day. It really helped put my mind at ease, could not ask for more!

Zero service, they are absolutely unpunctual, l don’t understand we had an appointment for a blood test 10:00 am and they call us at 11:30am. Disappointed

Pretty good :) Online service works, there's parking available, doctors are knowledgeable.
