I have been coming to this medical Center since 2013 and on this on a recent occasion I have had a few nurses Nazir, Liz and I believe a nurse who also works for the ICU (I forgot her name) who have all been very sympathetic and empathetic towards my care. They have all treated me very kindly and explained the procedure throughly for my wound/burn dressing change including letting me know the steps they were taking to help with my healing process. I give all 3 of them a 5/5 for professionalism, kindness and knowledgeable with answering my questions and concerns. Thank you to all of you.

Attitude to people are under every critic, except a very few, which could have 5.5 out of 5, yes, no mistake. I believe there was negative feedbacks too, I have read them somewhere and where, if not here. I believe they have just deleted what they don't like. That's unacceptable in civilised society behaviour too. Exceptionally low. And official NHS rating just a few minutes ago was 1.4 out of 5, what is criminally low and unacceptable. That I see as true, realistic.

Disgusting service. Like all GP's these days more interested in pushing you to use an app rather than arranging an appointment when speaking on the telephone. If this is the case why employ receptionists if they can't fulfil a rudimental task of booking an appointment over the phone.

To the lady who just hung up on my wife who is trying to book a midwife appointment you should be ashamed of yourself! It's a very traumatic and stressful time and the abysmal level of "patient care" being received is inexcusable!!!

Why you can't be more understanding, sympathetic and display the most basic level of care for a newly pregnant woman is beyond me.

I cannot contain my frustration at how shocking this is! I don't know why it's so hard for you to provide simple information that is being requested.

Please be better, it's really not that much to ask.

To the lady who just hang up on me, I was looking for information on how to get an appointment with a midwife as I am 12 weeks pregnant and registered there.
You should be ashamed of yourself to speak like you did to me, this is mean.

They don’t seem to answer calls after 4:30. I get the usual holding music for 3 seconds, then it goes direct to ringing for a minute before I get hung up on. Obviously very bad receptionists trying to finish earlier than their working hours.

Edit 2 months later: they don’t even answer 9am calls either - have been hung up on over 20 times ?! How this okay for a GP surgery !

Covid has decimated this clinic resulting in an understaffed wilderness where key personnel take sickies regularly leaving customers' important blood and ECG tests pushed back endlessly.
A lot of young people with little experience doing important jobs.
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital A&E often complain about being used as a dumping ground for this clinic but when the whole system is a mess it's difficult to criticize the shortcuts they take.
They need a solid administrator to right this ship to the excellent position it once was.
