Useless my mother was told nothing showed up on her blood tests by a receptionist a year later a doctor told her those same tests showed she had diabetes. Didn't notice my wound infection was on the verge of necrosis and I ended up in hospital for four days and then took another 4 weeks to identify the infection still hadn't healed.

This is how medical facilities should be ran, professional and friendly staff, from my experiences, I have always received excellent service. And the aesthetics and dynamics of the whole building, do not make me feel like I am in a cattle market

Great doctors from my first experience. Got through on first try, got an appointment on the day and great service and advice.

Don't take you seriously when you present a "common illness" even repeatedly over a year or more. Just get fobbed off.

with out doubt the most incompetent medical practice in the UK if not the world. referrals left on desks for 8 months letters to other professionals written wrong when complained was told well what do you expect it is the NHS. extremely rude doctors that's when or if you can get to see one. its easier to speak to a brain surgeon over 30 miles away than to see or speak to my own dr. so if you are thinking of signing up for this practice do your self a favor and go to the local vets instead.

At a time when GP's and medical centres are coming under criticism Moorlands Medical Centre staff remain helpful, efficient and friendly.
