Worst worst worst surgery. Haven't been able to get through on the phone for months. And the care once you receive it is too relaxed and not professional at all. You get a new doctor each time, and I've noticed quite a few of them searching online for common medical conditions which doesn't instil much confidence! Switching to a different GP now.

I fail to understand an appointment with a 4 hour window and are then expected to keep your phone close by in anticipation of the call -- its just shocking -- the rest of the country is coming out go Covid while ur surgery
remains on high alert. Just not on

Pathetic receptionist ( Jenny), somebody really needs to teach these receptionist some manners or hire a staff who knows how to speak while sitting in GP. When they failed to make you understand patients problem and and you ask question as to why is it a problem , they simply ask you contact 111. If we swerve to contact them why are GP’s in place?! Moreover they literally threaten you that you will have bad record if you are failing to understand!!! Aren’t medical services supposed to be helpful and understanding since patients only call them for help and what they have to offer a longgg time to wait and mannerless and pathetic staff. Rather than understanding one’s situation or offering alternatives, all they do is raise their tone and show attitude and threaten to ruin records. Gp’s are of no good.It’s always busy and when you see inside all the staff just having fun and giggling around while avoiding calls. Their seniors really need to take action!!

Things have gone from bad to worse at this Medical Centre. The female receptionist is rude and doesnt know how to speak to people. When you put a complaint in writing, the Practice Manager doesnt respond to you.

Not happy with the surgery service and receptionist name natasha her attitude is over the top,when you complaint that you are not happy they send you warning letter.

I'm shocked. This GP should be shut down!!! For 2 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment for my 2 month old daughter, who has heart problems, for a follow-up visit, still no appointments, I sincerely doubt they are that busy. It's scandalous, if they don't want to work, let them close it. At the earliest opportunity, he will unsubscribe from this ridiculous and incompetent GP. Pathetic

Definitely agree with past comments regarding the behaviour of Jenny the receptionist. She is uncaring, and unsympathetic, blank. She made the booking of an urgent appointment impossible even though I was very distressed. I made a formal complaint about her which was ignored by the practice manager. They didn't even bother to investigate it. Then they allowed Jenny to enter on my medical record (visible to me), that I 'screamed' at her which is a blatant lie. I may have shouted at her in frustration (due to her repeating unhelpful information again and again in her monotone voice), but I definitely do not scream at people. Dr Rahman (GP), Tanweer (HCA), Sukh (male receptionist) are all brilliant. Don't bother with the rest of them. Good luck getting an appointment if Jenny picks up the phone!

Some medical staff & Reception staff need manners and more training in well equipped medical center. 5.5.21 at 10
30 hrs very poor reception. still no improvement after 8 months.There needs to be better patient care esp in these times.The receptionists need to raise their voices sitting behind those screens therefore offering a better service.
