Nigh on impossible to book an appointment for less than a month away. When you finally do get to see a doctor, they refuse to refer you to services you have been referred to in other areas, because all health care services in Worcestershire are lacking.

Poor service on the phone. Having them raise their voice at me and belittle me when it wasn’t even myself I was ringing for. Some serious training needs to be provided to those on the phone dealing with enquires/issues. Otherwise, Doctors are all kind and caring.

It frustrates me how they are running a bit late every time I have an appointment. Always end up waiting an extra 30 -40 minutes for my appointment . And the doctors are not so great either.

Some of the best doctors I've ever encountered work at this very surgery. Very thorough, professional, and empathetic. It's hard to imagine a better medical practice in Worcester. Very nice and pleasant at reception as well. Miles better than the previous surgery I went to which was truly horrible. Booking an appointment can be very challenging in the mornings but it seems to be that way everywhere now.

My family are registered with Kempsey Surgery and when we can't get an appointment there, we have always been able to get in to Haresefield on the day. They work really hard to fit you in and all the doctors, nurses and reception staff have been great and incredibly helpful and kind.
Like any busy surgery, they run late sometimes, but that's because when they do see you they are always thorough and don't rush you. Fantastic service.

Have had several surgeries in as many years.
Iv spoken to receptionist, medical secretary, nurses, & I do admit, some are a bit sharper than others, but you got to think what kind of people these ladies deal with.
The gps iv met so far are pleasant, & always take the time to listen.
The surgery is always clean & tidy.
Haresfield surgery is worth their ☆☆☆☆ stars.

Really dont like receptionists attitude, I was calling for help as my 2yo son would spit his antb with all the ways possible I did try to give it to him and never managed to give him full dose and her respond was: I had twins and I also managed to give it to them! Awfull. Second day I'm calling to speak to the doctor as I am being still concern as my son is not getting the doses of antb he should and she refused to transfer me to speak to dr so I had to persuade her until she said she will let know doctor to call me back later that day..

Can't say anything bad about the GPs that I have seen. All very caring and professional. Getting an appointment can be a challenge at time, but this is no different to any other surgery in the UK.
