Fordbridge Medical Centre

I have been with several surgeries before and by far this is the best. I found the reception staff very helpful and friendly they even offered to take care of my little toddler whilst I had a particular appointment. The GPS have all been friendly and helpful and most importantly listened. Things are done when they say it will be. Overall very happy with the care. Of course the wait for appointments are long... but that is the case in the whole of the nhs!

Most doctors are good here. It is just impossible to get an appointment because when you finally get through to them they are already gone. I really liked Dr mayle she was always helpful and professional.

This has to be the best practice I have known.

The receptionists are always helpful and happy.
The doctors are brilliant especially Dr Ghai,

Not only is she knowledgeable but has a sympathetic ear to understand the whole problem.

A pleasant experience every time .

It does take a while to get through on the phone but when you get through to the receptionists they're always so helpful!

Absolutely worst GP practice i ever used. The phone never works or receptionist are sleeping on the desks all the time. I have 2 kids one year old and it’s been an absolute challenge and chaos with this practice! Doctors are kind of okay but reception is absolutely terrible! Rude , disrespectful behaviour all the time. Don’t waste your time there! I rather die than going back there!

With fairness I am normally happy with everything about this practice. Today there Website stopped working its now 6 hours since I tried to talk to someone or book an appointment and its impossible 10 + in the que waiting and no backup to help. Maybe a second person taking calls would of helped. Well I have now waited since 08.59 nothing no contact even though told it would be happening

Saw a dr 5 weeks ago, still waiting for answers to what’s wrong. Still waiting for prescription. Been misdiagnosed twice before and ended up on hospital having operations because fobbed off with mild prognosis. Avoid
