The rosewood receptionist should literally lose sleep over her lack of common courtesy, let alone basic compassion. Find another job. Preferably one that isn’t people facing, let alone with vulnerable people

1.Opening time. The practice operates from 8 am till 6.30 pm. To get an early morning appointment you should book in advance, otherwise, you will get probably after 11 am. Online you can book only in advance. To get an appointment on the same day you have to call them. The doctor told me - "NHS is for everyone" hinting that I might go for private where they provide better service. In this case, I want to admit, that NHS is not for free. I pay tax every month. If I can not plan my ailment, to go to this practice I lose half a working day, which is not paid to me.
2. They are always late. In my case up to 45 minutes.
3. They always prescribe me different antibiotics that do not work for me. On my 3d time, I said enough is enough. She referred me to the hospital, but I still have not received any letters from the hospital and now more than 3 months have already passed. I asked to provide me access to my disease record. They only printed one result. So, at reception, they said to ask a doctor (basically they need permission), but the doctor said I have to fill a form. So, I could not find this form in Rosewood practice. As far as I know, NHS should navigate you, but not dictate.
4. I hope my review can help to improve their service.

I would provide 0 stars if I could. Doctors neglect patients health and make countless excuses. Beware from this practice and please do not go to Dr. Hadid as she is extremely selfish and rude.

Firstly, the young reception is rude, and acts like it's such an effort to do anything. I'm sat there and am aware that the nurse isn't there. I ask receptionist to check who responds by acting like my question is redic. The nurse rolls in 8minutes after my appt. So she was late to work and arrived after someone's actual appt.
The nurse then asks for my form. I wasn't given a form. Back to the rudeness of the receptionist I go. She didn't know where they are kept (to her right had she looked), no form for me. Despite me indicating I had been referred there. I now have to wait for them to get one. The nurse was nice and she was quick.

been trying to speak to a receptionist to confirm a patient registration ( I work at the Brompton hospital in London) . Impossible to get hold of anybody, phone keeps ringing and no answer. I have called 10 times since 9 am as this is delaying a patient discharge. terribly unprofessional

I’m not someone that uses the Gp unnecessarily so it is extremely upsetting that I’ve been so let down by the rosewood practice since giving birth 3 weeks ago!
This Has been my GP surgery since childhood and I’ve been treated so poorly by the receptionists.
I’ll be discharged from their care due to being out of the catchment area bearing in mind I have been for many years and to do this whilst I’m most vulnerable after having a traumatic birth and a serious health condition is disgusting.
It’s almost as if you have to tell the receptionist your private reasons for calling for them to consider if it’s important enough to see the dr.

Dr Hadid is extremely nice and accommodating and she is currently off and they’re running the surgery into the ground!!!

Brilliant doctors and great staff. They're overworked like a lot of doctor's surgeries but they do their best to provide a really good service. Would highly recommend.

Impossible to get through to anyone. Answer machine message is unprofessional in not naming the business, giving little confidence to leaving a potentially sensitive message.
