The doctors here are lovely but I feel like nobody communicates with eachother. I have to constantly chase the doctors to try to help me and when I do get through to someone, they don't know what I am referring to. I have talked to someone more than a month ago about a change in prescription which was approved, yet, the pharmacy I use haven't gotten any information about this so I've been on reduced medication for far too long and can't get a hold of them because I'm bloody depressed, wanting to kill myself and obviously not waking up before 10am. I wish I could email. There's also been countless times where I have asked to reschedule with one doctor and then another one still calls me, expecting me to be at the GP when I've previously stated I am not available.

I joined this surgery last April 2021, if I had to give them a review then it would have been terrible but lately I have to give them 5 stars and the reason is due to Doctor Hanson. He is a very good professional, knowledgeable, calls you and gives you the information that you need with all the details and care. You feel that you are in good hands! Thank you doctor Hanson!

Dr Dalhuisen is impressive with her competent, focused and attentive methodology. Her open mindedness, committed support, problem solving attitude and intelligent empathy, provided comfort, relief and a clear path to the solution.
The nurses are a cheerful, dedicated and efficient delight.
Appointments were always given shortly after online bookings, and as a general rule, communication with the surgery is positive and straightforward.

The medical staff are great if you can get through. With the new form system myself and my husband have booked multiple appointments and have missed phone calls. We both lead busy jobs and don't always have good mobile reception. If we could speak to someone at reception and book an appointment for a designated time at that would save us and the medical staff precious time.

Was told to chase this referral made by the secretary, have asked them what hospital the referral was made at and none of the people helped me. It’s been 5 months of me chasing them back and forth. Today I asked to speak to the doctor on duty and was denied

I have been with Claremont for under a year now, but I will say this is one of the best GP practices that I've been with.
The receptionist are very good always help with any queries that i have!
Dr Kate Williams, what an amazing doctor! She has so much compassion for her patients, always going above and beyond.
The nurses are amazing! Had a blood test in January but also had a mental breakdown, despite the surgery being busy she made sure i was ok and gave me so much comfort!
I have not got a bad word to say, the owners and management should be proud! 👏❤️

I have been a patient of Claremont Medical Centre for a number of years, and they have always been most helpful.
Today however they have gone above and beyond. My father-in-law was visiting for Christmas, and ended up in A&E. On discharge a cannula had been left in his arm. Rather than a long stay in A&E Claremont signed him up as a temporary patient and saw him in under an hour to remove it. I cannot thank them more. Great service.
Everyone was so understanding too. And could not have been willing to help more.

I have recently registered my mother here and once she was registered, she has had excellent service and care. An initial phone consultation with the doctor was easy to book and was followed up with an in-person appointment. The practice is following up by booking the appropriate hospital appointments and I have been very impressed with our initial experience.
