They don’t even deserve a 1 star in my opinion it’s always hassle to get a appointment. On top of that you always have to wait pass your appointment time every time . I was finally seen by a nurse who had the cheek to answer there personal phone and have a conversation while I was in the room for my appointment. Not only that they didn’t even put my prescription through after going to the chemist continuously to collect after a week I went back into the surgery to be told my prescription was not put through and they would do it now and it would be available on the day I gave it another extra day and guess what yup the prescription was still not at the chemist absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour from yeading medical centre and after complaining they really don’t care !!!

Being generous with 1 star as unable to rate 0. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time registering myself and children at this poor example of a doctors surgery. Reception staff do not have even the most basic of customer service skills. Every time I have tried to have simple conversation regarding registering or possible appointments it’s always an extreme effort and struggle. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Stay away and do yourselves a favour. Register elsewhere!

Had an excellent consultation with the Pharmacist who calmly explained everything without rushing or making me feel like an idiot. She sounded very well informed.

Me and my kids are with this GP since 2014, I never have any issue to get appointment, reception staff change I believe in 2021(for better) ladies are lovely and very helpful, I got referral to the specialist very quickly, considering situation and general overloading, they are working very hard to make sure all patients are able to see a doctor.

Ridiculous. Sister tried to book in a blood test for her own reasons - but the doctor called her and gave such unprofessional advice - 'you know us asians we're low on vitamins and iron, u should PROBABLY take those' - disgusting appalling advice. Will be calling in to actually book one in. You don't need a reason, sometimes you just want a health check up and to see whats actually going on with your body ; not just guess and probably.

Rude Reception. Poor service. Bad experience. To register as a family is a nightmare. No sign of improvement or customer care. I am surprised that after leaving so many negative comments no actions are taken. Hence, poor management and lack of control from NHS. The worst customer service has ever experienced.I've registered this GB for 3 times and every time i call they tell me i'm not register. They cut you off while you on the phone with them. It's a totally a waste of time

I went in for an appointment for 4:40pm, got to the surgery 3:35, sat and waited for over 20 minutes with no response from anyone, also this is NOT the first time I had to wait this long just to be seen. After voicing my frustration I was verbally assaulted and told to leave by one of their female staff because I had the nerve to be upset. The male staff was even worse he was back and forth with me and acted like he wanted to get in my face. Many times I wanted to book appointments but refused to because I just get so frustrated trying to even book an appointment. To be honest I have no problems with the doctors but the front desk staff are just the absolute worst, they lack professionalism and needs desperate training on how to behave with the public. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to this surgery, staff is TERRIBLE.
