I had a very positive experience with Hampton Medical Centre last week. The practice pharmacist phoned me twice and resolved my issues, each time within minutes of me leaving prescription requests at reception. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and professional. I was most impressed.

I had a smear test yesterday, after stupidly not having one for 9 years, due to the last one being pretty traumatic, and incredibly painful. After having a cancer scare recently I needed to have one done. The nurse was absolutely AMAZING putting me at ease, and took the sample with minimum pain. I feel so silly to have put this very important test off, for all this time, and risking my health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making this experience the least traumatic/painful you possibly could.

In my experience with the Hampton Medical Centre, I have found the service excellent, the staff are very friendly, efficient and very hardworking. The doctors are amazing as well, I have been going to this centre for the past 25 years and I have always found it very good. In my opinion, they are over worked and underpaid, they put up with rude and difficult people who don't follow the procedures set by the clinic. I come from a third world country, thank god for the NHS and you should be grateful too. Thank you Hampton Medical centre for all your hard work, god bless you all.

Ridiculous. I have been a patient there for 7 years and each year it is getting worse. Impossible to reach by phone (was trying for 90 minutes today) and the new online system is putting more delays in communication. They say it takes 2 working days to REVIEW the request. Seriously considering changing practises.

NHS hospitals are struggling because of the systems the likes of Hampton Medical Centre have got. This is the worst medical centre I have come across.There are some patients that have commented about a GP seeing them in the waiting area, this is a disgrace, where is patient confidentiality. THIS PRACTICE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED !!!!!!!

I have been a patient at the surgery since moving to Hampton just over a year ago. I have been very satisfied with the level of care that I have received from both the doctors and the nurses. I have always found the receptionists to be polite and helpful.

I got an appointment the same day. The Receptionist couldn’t have been friendlier. The doctor saw me on time and took her time, checking me thoroughly! Thank you
