Dr Ahmad continues to be an exemplary GP practitioner and is a very strong advocate of preventive medicine and her patients benefit from this visionary mindset. I was one of those patients. Diagnosed as pre diabetic and grossly overweight, she suggested lots of diet tips and well being information and recommended me for the Health Lifestyle Action Programme (HLAP) which ran for over 12 weeks. I have now completed the course and my relationship with food and exercise has been a game changer. I have regulated my eating and an avid gym user. Once again, my sincere thanks to Dr Ahmad for her kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical care.

Always friendly staff and helpful treatment for me and my family. Thank you very much. Very happy to be with Brunel, at least for the time being 😉

Extremely bad place. Super rude reception workers. Reschedule me multiple times, tell me they will call and never call, medicine prescribed never works, never get contacted back. Super bad practice, bad service. Don't recommend registering here. Was trying to get to my GP for 2 weeks. Now symptoms came back, trying to get to my GP again and the same story is starting. Maybe in 2 weeks I will get a call back when my symptoms are even worse.

Kind, friendly staff from the minute we walked in, felt very safe in their hands.
Also going the extra mile to help.
I would charge for any other medical centre.

12 months ago my son called the medical centre while going through a mental health crisis where he was considering harming himself. He got no response. His next step was to leave Brunel Uni amd seek re-enrolement at a different uni. He has been really happy at this mew Uni
At tje end of the first term at his new Uni he was told SfE would not cover his fees as he had moved voluntarily and missed a module in the process. Although he got NO treatment from Brunel to address his mental health, he nonetheless needs to get proofr from Brunel Medical Centre that he made an enquiry when he was dealing with anxiety and depression. Brunel Medical Centre needs t o get its finger out. There's alot at stake.

The place is a joke.
If it was possible to give zero stars, it would be an appropriate rating for this practice.
Nothing works there, it is impossible to contact them or get an appointment.
This is so sad because it’s a university, and most of the students come from far away, live alone and it’s impossible to get medical help when needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb service - Dr Ahmed and the pharmacist (sorry didn't catch his name) were very thorough and explained everything very well. One star dropped due to initially not being called at the appointed time and having to call the surgery to get a new appointment. Dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Many thanks from M Acraman.

The receptionist Sarah's telephone manner is absolutely appalling. Patients are already calling distressed about health related issues and having poor telephone manner just adds to it. Do not recommend this GP at all. The most unpleasant experience I've had when dealing with GP practices
