absolute shambles of a GP unhelpful and don’t care about their patients. I’ve been ringing them about my health problems for about a year now and each time I get told it’s to wait and see if it gets better or to ring if I get anymore symptoms it’s gotten to the point where I was hospitalised because I was so unwell yet they haven’t even rang me to do a check up like the hospital told them to and I had to do it myself to be told there’s no appointments left and it’s not an emergency 🤣

Lucky there isn't a 0 star button. My partner suffers from severe anxiety and they keep putting appointments off. Rang up today to get medication sorted and they have put us off until Monday again.

Absolute joke. Always been bad but getting worse and the patronising receptionists are the icing on the cake! Try not to call and just get on with it because I know how bad they are and they don’t care but when I do try to call and make an appt it’s hard work

Have been trying to get through to surgery for last 2 days. Hours at a time. “Your call is very important to us” continually. No answer.

patiant confidentiality is poor and when a complaint is made it just gets ignored or brushed under the carpet, they say they want to give a good service but talk is cheap, avoid L Smith dean.
Now several weeks on I'm still waiting for Kleinberg to get back to me, so clearly she is not that fussed about the surgery image. This is not a shock to me.
Now they are blackmailing me because I left a bad review.

I've been a patent for a few years now and have never had any problems with either the doctors or reception staff

Always not able to have an appointment or get through to them. Today I’ve tried all morning to call and it’s now lunchtime. I was front of the queue and it rang for 15 minutes with no answer. It’s a good job I don’t really need to speak to a doctor with an emergency with my baby and only calling to rearrange an appointment. When I’ve been in the surgery you get ignored at the desk for ages and you witness them ignoring the phones. Once you get past the barriers if the receptionists the doctors and nurses are actually very helpful.
