Get out of this practice while you still can! The GPs here will refuse to see you. Appointments are delayed by at least a month and then you can only get a phone appointment! How can anyone who's ill be able to cope with such a long waiting time?! The receptionists are rude and uncaring-they seem to take it as an insult that you are ill and need to see the doctor. This is not the kind of service people need while they're are ill and fragile. This place makes you doubt the efficacy of the NHS system.

Really poor service, I felt like I wasn’t really being taken seriously for my illness… having worked as a receptionist at a GP myself, I got the impression the receptionist I spoke to was trying to pass my illness over to a later date appointment and wasn’t looking at which member of staff would be best to help with my issues (when I know that the symptoms I had very much met a same day app requirements).

The receptionist suggested I make an online appointment request (for at most 2 days time), call another day in the morning or go to a hub(?) elsewhere as there was no staff available that could write prescriptions. I had to press for either a GP, clinical pharmacist, or an advanced nurse practitioner (basically anyone who could write a prescription), only for her to then check and see that there was indeed an advanced nurse practitioner available to see me. Gives the impression of poor training or lack of care??

I will have to see how my experience goes but with the way things are looking it appears inevitable that I’ll have to look elsewhere to be decently listened to and treated.

The receptionist called Marvia was so helpful that there was a misunderstanding with my mum's appointment for a blood test. She managed it so well and sorted out instantly. Plus Dr Alim uddin was very nice and helpful with all the problem that my mum had. He managed to make all the necessary referral for mum. Keep up the good work guys, special thanks to all the receptionist.

I am still traumatised from having to deal with this surgery 18 years ago when I had my baby. If I were not so overwhelmed and exhausted at the time I would have submitted serious reports to the medical establishment. Then I would have written to the newspapers. This review is my way of still coming to terms with how I was treated.

Honestly the most worthless group of people I’ve ever interacted with. My private mental health clinic send them a letter requesting for some tests to screen before being prescribed some medication however, they refuse to give me a copy even though the only reason I did those tests was to get a copy. I have been redirected to several random doctors over the course of many weeks for no reason and non of them obviously have any idea about the tests because they think I’m coming to them for a health problem. Absolutely worthless. You might as well go to a group crackheads for your medical needs since they’d provide get better quality of treatment and care than the spitalfields practice.

Absolutely awful. Do not register here! I will taking my complaint to NHS England and CQC. The GPs do not care about their patients. I am mortified. Dr Anwara Ali is a disgrace to healthcare. She laughed whilst symptoms were explained and showed not an ounce of empathy, let alone a diagnosis or referral. Duty of care was truly absent. What goes around comes around! One day she will be in need of treatment and I pray she never has a GP like her. I wouldn’t wish her upon my worst enemy

Wish I could give this practice a negative star rating. Absolutely one of the worst GP practices in existence - impossible to get any appointments, a convoluted system to refill prescriptions, extremely unfriendly staff. I can’t even judge on the competence of the doctors as in 2 years I’ve never even been afforded the chance to meet one in person.

Called for an emergency appointment straightaway at 8:45am for my elderly mother. I was instantly 15th in the queue! By the time they answered the phone there were no more appointments left. So the next day I rang again, I was first in the queue for over 10 minutes and no one answered! It’s a very bad system and sad to see how this is happening in a city like London.
