This GP is useless, I see no point of having it still operational.
Extremely very poor service from the receptionists, they are very rude, don't seem to know what they are doing, no one ever answers the phone, one day I called them more than 4 times in a row and when no one picked the phone, I decided to walk in, they were busy chatting and no one bothered answering the ringing phone. There are not enough doctors to attend to patients(the ones available don't seem so knowlegeable), they simply prescribe you dangerous medicine without proper investigation.
It is almost impossible to get an appointment as the waiting time is almost 1to 2 weeks. The nurses don't even know the basics of vaccination(this happened to us, a nurse administered an injection without cleaning the area to inject). Management and NHS need to clean up this place.

I would like to mention that the receptionists I’ve spoken to during the past week have been very polite and helpful leaving me to feel good about my situation after calling.
Dr Ruiz is lovely and I now feel at ease after getting to the bottom of my issues. It is refreshing to feel positive after calling as in the past it hasn’t been the same. Overall good customer service :)

Very poor service and receptions staff need professional. Booking phone call appointments waiting time should reduce . 6-7 hrs phone call waiting time is to long .if you missed doctor phone call you have to booked another appointment. Is so funny . My opinion better shutdown GP is west of our time and money .

This is my first-hand experience with my friend, who went through a very tough time, to which they did nothing to help, but actively made the situation a lot worse.

1. When we submit our registration form, even when we received an automated response, St. Lukes cannot find our registration form (even when we provide them with the unique ID that identifies each registration entry)
2. They tell us to try again (hurrah) so we tried, twice more. Repeat step 1, 2 more times. Wasting time (when time is critical in medical world)
3. Because it took too long to register, we registered with another GP. St. Lukes then removed us from the other GP so we couldn't get medical services from the one we actually liked. Apparently they found that registration form. 3 weeks later.
4. We didn't actually get anything from these guys - we had to go to an A&E to get everything sorted in November (including a life-threatening surgery.) They just delayed our registration process when we needed the GP to get medical advice on life-or-death matter.
5. St. Lukes then deletes us off a month ago from the register, which means when we have to seek medical help (quite urgently I might add, now) we have to register with a GP first.
6. The GP that we like no longer accepts new patients due to COVID-19 situation. Had St Lukes Health Centre informed us about our removal, we would have registered again before this situation.
7. We had to call them to find out about all this. No email, no phone call. No text message.

Anyone thinking about registering here, beware. You've been warned.

Worst GP service that I have ever encounter. Receptionist are rude and you can never get an appointment. Everything here is designed to make it as difficult to get help as possible. Better off calling 111. Absolute shame. Very sad

I don't know why it's still called a doctors surgery because you never get a face to face appointment. I'm fairly new hear since my old surgery closed down however, if I walked past my so called doctor I wouldn't recognise him/her as I've never seen them. I hear that they are potentially going to strike for more pay, what a joke. The covid outbreak has provided them the reasons not to want contact with their patients.

The surgery is very hard to get in touch with. Also, the receptionists lacks of customer service, professionalism and manner.
However, once you have passed bookings through reception, the GP/nurses are great (on my experience).

This GP practice is called The Ruiz Medical Practice as on the NHS website, although they call themselves St Lukes Medical Centre on their website. This creates confusion, as the NHS system is not able to match the names on our record.

Also, we have found it most of the time impossible to get hold of them, i.e. cannot get through to the GP over the phone; unable to book any appointments on the patient access portal.

We had a couple of lucky chances that we managed to speak with the doctor, who said the reception staff was to give us a follow up call about collecting sample for testing. Subsequently we received no calls, and we were not able to get through to the GP then.
