They ignore people. They have time for everything. My son fell ill and they gave me a visit in 3 weeks. Children do not choose the disease. There is an appointment last minute call that the doctor is sick. There is a problem to make an appointment with the doctor. This is the worst NHS I've ever had. She is very dissatisfied with him

I moved to this surgery following a very frustrating experience elsewhere and this was a good choice. My experiences with them have been very professional. You can actually get through to speak to someone quite quickly! They seem really organised and make it clear how to access services. The process of ordering prescriptions, having screenings, the appointments themselves, have all been smooth to organise. Every clinician I've seen / spoken to has been incredibly friendly. Wish I'd moved here sooner! Thank you!

I went to Lewisham medical centre today as I had an appointment with the nurse (Elaine). She was patience and kind. I was afraid to have some tests done but now I feel more confident. In the past, other nurses in the same GP were not kind and patience at all. I'll try to book the next appointments with her. Thank you so much Elaine

You might die before you even manage to book an appointment. No care whatsoever for the patients. If you get an exam they don’t follow up once they have the results, you have to call and investigate and if you are lucky, somebody picks up and answers after 2 hours on the queue. If you have a symptom they do one test at the time, and you need to book a new appointment between each and every test (it takes weeks to book one) making it extremely frustrating and making you feel like your life does not matter at all.

New customer online registration process was quick and easy, followed up by an invitation for a new patient health check. Reception staff member was very friendly and helpful when booking appointment. Useful reminders were sent prior to the appointment where the clinician was pleasant and professional. Great experience so far.

Admin staff are always friendly and courteous. They are as helpful as the system will allow. All the clinicians that I see very thorough in their processes and examinations and do their very best to resolve issues. First class service!

I have been with this GP practice for 34 years & although there have been many big changes the level of service has always been fantastic. It has become more difficult to get through to reception but once you are the receptionists are always friendly & ready to help. If it's an emergency appointment you require they do take steps to try & get you this for that day. All the GP's I have seen throughout the years have been proactive, understanding & make you feel at ease.
From the stories I hear of other people's struggles with their DR's,I can see how lucky I am to be under Lewisham Medical Centre.

Wait time to speak to someone over the phone is ridiculous. I’m waiting to speak to someone right now and it’s been over 30 minutes, close to 40 minutes now.
I see a response from the GP stating this isn’t true, when in fact it is. Also, I’ve recently registered and the registration took longer than expected. There’s no excuses for this poor customer service and improvements need to made asap. If so many people are sharing the same type of experience, how can they all be wrong? Should have stayed with me old GP, at least they answered the phone straight away and appointments aren’t weeks ahead!
