Not possible to have face to face consultation according to receptionist after waiting over 20 mins to get through to make an appointment.

Eventually when spoke to dr. Her simple and straightforward answer was” WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION FOR YOU, THEN WHAT MEDICATIONS YOU ALREADY HAVING”
My blood results came no one called about them and after questioning was told am at high risk.

DOCTORS TOTALLY NOT BOTHERED AT THIS PRACTICE AVOID

I've been attending the ophthalmology practice for some time now and have always found the staff to be very efficient and kind. The reception staff are very helpful. Can't speak for the general practice downstairs...

This surgery is a nightmare those women on the reception they really are something. First of all it took me over 5hrs of calling for one of them to answer the phone and when they finally decide to answer I explained I get my tablets every two weeks so surely you would think they have this information at hand .this morning the chemist told me they requested my tablets 3 times and it was refused so I tried calling to ask why only because I didn't have my diabetic tablets for 2days.it started off OK then she asked what tablets again surely she could see what I was prescribed but no see wanted the name of every tablet I said I don't know them all in the end I told her to keep the tables and I would rather die than to go in to see them.i have been a patient for over 7years and only visited about 4/5 times and that's when i really feel ill. I hate going there just the thought of speaking to them on reception makes me more ill so let's see what happens next I will sit home and die quietly hopefully

Having read the reviews on here I was concerned about how my appointment would go. How ever I found the reception staff friendly, helpful and very positive. During my scan the clinical staff we're reassuring and helpful I have every praise 👏 for them. I can only say thank 😊

I can only speak about ophthalmology but every one is lovely in that department. Especially the nurses who perform the eye tests. They really seem like they care for your well-being and eye health

Should be minus one star. Was told my kidney function is going down almost 9 months after my blood test. Rude and aggressive doctors who refuse to speak clearly or explain what they are doing.

Very rude staff, wont let you speak on the phone, rushing you & then telling you call another number. Should get staff that will listen & understand you. Staff that can speak english too.
