Both GPs are excellent but Dr Sobana is the best GP one can ever ask for. She listens to concerns and tries her best to address them and help as best as possible. I can not praise her professionalism enough. I called this morning concerned for my daughter and got a call back from her very quickly. Even LAS wouldn't have come that fast !!
Cecilia and Arlene in reception are very well trained. They know what they are doing and always very polite and professional. It plays an important role in patient's journey. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very nice little practice:) Dr. Sobana is amazing, she helps and explains everything, she listens to your concerns. Also love the self check-in :)

This rating is particularly for the reception staff, who do not take the time or care to ask about who the patient is before they send them online (incorrectly or correctly…both have happened to me). They do not check the state of the patient calling before dismissing them, nor do they even try to ascertain who the patient is (their first point of call, is not to ask for DOB or name so they can at least check your record to ensure they are advising appropriately, but is to send you to an online service that may or may not help). I’ve had numerous negative experiences with the reception staff unfortunately depending on who it is. On a positive note, dr Sobana is always friendly and is willing to help

Absolutely terrible customer service. The previous month they made a mistake in my appointment I had to wait 5 weeks, hardly an apology. Today beacuse I'm 5 mins late, Dr Nana Oppong can't see me and I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for the next appointment. Really disappointing not to have any compassion or understanding of patients needs and keep blaming each for the practice policy! Avoid if you can!
