Saxonbrook Medical

First and subsequently, second covid vaccinations were cancelled. They denied cancelling it. I contacted NHS booking service after the second cancellation, and they told me it wasn't them, NHS booking service. Thankfully, I've had both jabs elsewhere.

Transferred here from the glade in Furnace Green and I definitely prefer the service here. The staff are helpful, the surgery has been newly refurbished and looks lovely.The only downside is that sometimes they are running behind schedule which means your sitting around half an hour or more after your appointment time still waiting to be seen!

I have used this surgery for 11 years and I don’t really know what good and difference they have made in my family live.

They seriously lack organisation. They don’t know who does what. They don’t seem to care to follow up patients treatment. Very appalling surgery. I don’t blame them it’s the person who manages it.

I used to be in a well organised surgery in London and as soon as we moved in here we realised this surgery has a big problem. We thought it might improve over time. But getting worse and worse. It needs closing down.

Terrible service, receptionists are not helpful. I'm trying to book an appointment and it's always full.

It was so nice to have time to talk with the practice nurse Sheila Trower. At my appointment, she was so helpful and I left far better informed and with a positive mindset, Thanks Sheila.
This practice has so far been the best we have been registered with and they are always helpful, contactable, and courteous with modern facilities and knowledgeable staff.

they have recently put up an org chart of staff which is filled with managers, project planners, admin staff, HR staff and endless others. However, when it comes to actually needing to use their services they are woefully unorganised, ridiculously over complicated and make it impossible to get access to the most basic of services. when you need a repeat prescription so you go to re-book it in time for when your meds run out (because it wont let you do it any further in advance) they tell you you need a medical review before allowing them to prescribe the meds (even the ones that never change)! so now there's just a few days in which to break into fort knox, i mean, get an appointment, and have time for the pharmacy to prepare the medication! then, their online booking system to book a medical review wont let you book one because they don't have any available and leave you with the only to call 111. totally pointless and basically you have to go down there and take up everyones time to get it sorted. And they wonder what the NHS has so many people waiting to use their services!!!!

Really refreshing doctors. Friendly people on reception, unlike our previous surgery in southgate.
Amazing, caring and want to get patients better.

Not one to usual review medical centres but I had all my COVID18 Jabs including my Booster Jab at Saxonbrook Medical and on each occasion the team were so courteous and efficient. No long waiting times and all administered with a smile. Thank you to all at Saxonbrook Medical.
