Worst GP surgery I have ever had the misfortune to be registered with. Penny-pinching, more focussed on profits than patients. They don't know their patients, get your repeat prescriptions wrong every few months. They have a succession of locums as nobody seems to want to work with them. Weirdly the receptionists are nice

The EXTREMELY rude in-house pharmacist, if she can even be called that, is a disgrace to the NHS, shouted down the phone to do an E-Consult and hung up not to mention she called 4 hours late. I don't know which back road school Dr Abu got his qualification but he is also a disgrace to the NHS. The receptionists are so rude and unorganised it's unbelievable.

TOTALLY ABYSMAL PRACTICE, even worse since Dr Golden retired. My 81 year old father attended this week to take my Mum for a blood test. He wanted to make an appointment for her to see the doctor regarding a long standing medical issue only to be told whilst standing AT RECEPTION that 'it has to be made online'. IS THAT SOME KIND OF JOKE?? This to me (as a former nurse myself) smacks of a practice wanting to triage patients WITHOUT seeing them in person, which goes against ALL professional medical practice. They want to sift out the people they don't think need seeing - again a disgusting lack of professionalism. I have just tried to use the Patient Access service to book the appt - THIS PRACTICE DON'T USE IT. I have just tried via their own website - THERE IS NO FACILITY TO DO THIS. TELL ME HOW MY ELDERLY PATIENTS ACTUALLY SEE A DOCTOR? This practice is a disgrace.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 22 years and they have been amazing.
Dr Abu and Dr Crieghton have been so very supportive and caring through some of the most challenging times in my life. They have never guided me wrong.
I believe the practice handled the Covid period incredibly well and since then.
I really like the Patches system, so much better than e-consult.

I've always got assistance with my medical needs fairly quick in this medical centre,be it a phone call,electronic prescription requests or investigations.Therefore I will give it a high five.

Great surgery and doctors. Very kind and hardworking. Staff always try their best to arrange appointments. They greet you with a smile and are willing to help. The doctors genuinely care for your wellbeing and providing effective treatments.
Very grateful for Dr. Adelugba. She is very caring and supportive, i always feel safe and heard in appointments. Puts a lot of love into the care she provides and takes the time to answer all questions. Dr. Adelugba has been such an amazing doctor to me in supporting my physical and mental wellbeing.

The service I have received from this practice of Dr Abu & Dr Golden's surgery has always been excellent. The reception team/staff are very friendly, patient and has always been very helpful throughout my 10 years of being with them. I have high respect for the hard working office staff.
Dr Crighton is an incredible lady. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also has an amazing personality as a person with a friendly and caring touch.. Its very rare to find good doctors with outstanding quality and medical care.
