The Stonebridge Practice

I read a lot of negative reviews and I honestly don't understand why, I have been there today for a diabetic eye screening test and I am very pleased with the services.
Receptionist are helpful, the place is neat and well signed, the lady who did my screening is exceptionally polite, professional and helpful, she explained everything to me in good detail and is courteous throughout. Couldn't hope for better service

I’ve had many appointments over the years at The Stonebridge Practice, and each time the staff was well informed, friendly, and kind; special thank you to Wendy who always goes above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met. You could see the surgery really care about their patients. There are no words to thank them enough.

This practice is terrible.
The receptionist are the worst as they do not do their job properly. To get an appointment face to face or via phone is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for my phone call appointment for over 3 weeks.
I would not recommend this practice at all.

Absolutely wonderful practice. I had to visit fir a medical issue. I was overwhelmed with the kindness of Ryan, a staff member at reception, who helped and walked with me to the next floor. I suffer with terrible anxiety, he didn't know thst, thankk you again Ryan. Also all the staff were amazing our great nhs. Also the place is spotless

The receptionist ( Vanita ) does not believe strong pain requires emergency appointment. It’s beyond me who employed her.

Well as is usual with all negative reviews the responder has blamed the patient rather than the practice. Find another practice is their suggestion despite my having been with this surgery 60 years from Drs Ripley, Grossmark, Banerjee etc and always, despite its changes, have always continued with each change of gp and NEVER complained until now. I understand Covid has had a negative impact on GP services but really, what on earth is happening to all of us elderly people who have built this practice up only to have it destroyed. This response to my first review is clearly written by the Practice Manager who has destroyed this practice. Let me say Dr Jay and Dr Subash are brilliant should you ever be lucky enough to speak to or see them. Drs Dunia, Batool are also amazing. Wendy & Sheila are excellent receptionists despite being managed by an extremely unprofessional manager and they really try to assist. We WILL NOT change our GP to suit this suggestion and have already contacted the CCG/Health Authority regarding our issues.
Original review :-If I could have given zero stars I would have. This service has, over the years, got worse but now it is APPALLING and the Practice Manager is dragging it back to pre-nhs quality instead of improving it.

I am new to this surgery and so far have absolutely NO complaints. From my registration to booking appointments, the receptionists have been extremely warm, helpful and always friendly, not forgetting the nurse too.I felt welcome.
I have read negative reviews and I am wondering why.. 🤔.
Dr. Dunia Al- Naemi has attended to me on three different occasions and she has remained consistent in her approach. I must say my experience with her has been nothing but amazing, from the telephone consultation to the face to face appointment, I felt listened to. She was caring, warm, friendly and she made me feel safe and reassured in the way she attended to my health concerns, explaining every step to me thoroughly.

The surgery for me has its ups and downs and at times I’ve found it very frustrating dealing with front of house, it can be a total miscommunication unlike Doctor Woolwich’s surgery on craven park road. In saying that Doctor Dunia ⭐️ has been absolutely fantastic, very caring, supportive, attentive and one of a kind, great service. The main reason for my review, definitely 5 stars.
To be honest one of the main reasons along with dr Subash, Wendy and the nurses if you can get an appointment with him I still attend.
