I would give this minus stars if possible. Unprofessional behaviour from reception, glasses wearing woman at the front desk. I missed my phone appointment and when I tried to contact them back no one answers, so I ran to the office to explain my situation and how I have been hospitalised 3 times in the last month, to which she replied you missed it and laughed in my face.
This is absolutely disgusting behaviour and she should be fired for that unprofessional conduct. On top of that.
This practice should be ashamed of themselves and shut for each member of staff to have proper and professional training.

I waited 6 weeks for appointment on phone. Doctor called half an he earlier, so I missed the appointment. I was told to call next day 8am in the morning. But for 5 days there were not 'on the day appointments available!?!? Finally got through a doctor just came to the surgery and waited until I was seen... and now waiting 2 months for referral to specialist!!! Absolutely nightmare!

Avoid!! can’t get an appointment unless you want to wait over 6 weeks, can’t get through to speak to anyone as phone lines are taken off the hook by the time you get through no emergency appointments call back at 2pm & daily they seem to then have training until 3pm so phone lines again cut & when they reopen at 3pm you still can’t get an appoint. Complete waste of time & absolutely useless

Awful practice. Can’t get a hold of anyone. They’ll tell you to call at 8am, you’ll call and be put on user busy for about 10 minutes and then by the time it goes through they’ll tell you it’s fully booked in the morning and to call at 2pm. Then you’ll call at 2pm and they’ll tell you they’re closed for staff training and to call at 3pm. You’ll then call at 3pm and they’ll say there’s no more appointments for that day. Same thing every day, I’ve been trying for over a week and haven’t even spoken to a real person. And even if I was to get through, surprise surprise they ain’t doing face to face appointments! Covid restrictions has been lifted for over a year, what’s the excuse now! Complete Laziness, going to change gp asap. AVOID.

Worst practice in Barnet. Took them 21 years and threatening to go lie in front of a 307 to find out I have a spinal condition. Then they gave me 90mg of anti inflammatories to take daily but forgot I need a stomach liner so now I have stomach issues too since I took the anti inflammatories FOR A YEAR. I’m in so much pain constantly but they do nothing. Dr Peskin is the most useless Dr there and for some reason I’m stuck with it. He doesn’t listen or care or he’s jus too old and his ability is deteriorating to the detriment of his patients. I’m beyond fed up with this absolute trash practice. And all of that without getting to the fact trying to get seen is harder than getting blood from a stone.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!! Go to any other practice and you’ll save yourself a lot of time, pain and possibly a life!

I have been calling for three days at 18.30, after three days where there were no appointments today they managed to talk to me for 30 seconds telling me to call 111, I have already called 111 and he gave me an antibiotic that was not available in none of the pharmacies in the area, I would only need a medical certificate and only the GP can prescribe that, however I must say that the assistance is a shame!

Unbelievable says call in the morning at 8am when you call them at 8:00 the automated message says all appointments gone for the day, call back at 2pm when you call at 2:00pm they fob you off and say all appointments are gone

How is this possible? That you just can’t book an appointment with your GP

The front receptionists are very rude, very disrespectful and they actually look like they really don’t like their job

Can never get through, an absolute waste of time, I’ve had a cough for a few months and cannot get through, but they will bombard you with vaccines and you can book that. Going to have to change my drs, since Dr Monkman left this practice is awful, very unfriendly staff, I’ve been a member since early 1980’s. The practice is a complete shambles, the online apps are appalling. Seems they don’t care at all having very low ratings!!
