Your receptionist was very rude this morning talking over me and not listening to the problem, patient access is telling people they cannot log in or that they are not registered with you and all she did was offer a new password when I have already changed it twice and tried to open a new account on the app and browser. I am autistic as it should show on your medical records and she went as far as to say "I don't know what your problem is but I've offered a solution" 1 that wasn't a solution and 2 you don't say that to someone whos concerned they can't order their medication! Offer another way to order prescriptions rather than insult your patients!

On hold for over half an hour, then to be advised via automated message the surgery is closed due to unforseen circumstances. Call again to join the que for it all to repeat itself. Never had a good experience calling this surgery. I love the NHS and all it stands for, but this surgery is falling miserably.
Called 111 as a non emergency and they arranged for the surgery to call back later.
Requested timings for calling surgery are incredibly unreasonable for same day only appointments and close incredibly quickly.
Reception staff ignorant to the issues and if you become frustrated they will disconnect you due to their sensitivities. Feels like the whole system is being set up to fail the community.
This is not the NHS we deserve!

I wanted to say thank you to Worthing Medical Group. I have a few health issues and the team is consistently helpful, thorough, kind and patient.

It really does make a big difference to feeling well and keeps mental health illnesses at bay too, due to your team's kindness.

The NHS receives a lot of negative feedback at times (I work in the NHS too) and Worthing Medical Group have been fundamental to my recovery and happiness. I feel supported and confident I am being looked after. This is a wonderful feeling.

What a wonderful team you all are.

Pharmacy did not have wifes tablets I went to reception who contacted Dr Best who liaised with cardiologist who advised changing to 1 tablet a day rather than 3. A prescription was issued for 1 higher dose tablet to be cut in half as no pharmacy had any required tablets Dr Best kept me informed as I was very agitated with the situation

Extremely disappointed!!! Has been waiting all day in pain and struggling to breathe for someone to call me back and make me appointment. Finally I went there at 5:30 and has been promised that GP will call me back until 6:30 and again nothing. Are you guys thinking that our health is a joke?

My experience of this practice and its staff is excellent. Having been a patient for over 5years I have felt cared for when I've needed it from Reception team, nurses and GPs. I think throughout the pandemic they did a great job. I'm grateful to them all.

The staff of the surgery are pleasant but the pharmacy is awful we were made to queue outside. The elderly and the people with pain were made to go outside. No chairs to sit on. No shelter from the harsh weather elements. Bearing in mind i have been waiting since Monday for this medication.

I have been a patient since I moved to Worthing in 2011. I have always been very happy with how the practice is run. Excellent, helpful and kind staff at all levels.
