First visit today as a new patient. So impressed by the receptionist. The most helpful, cheerful and courteous doctors receptionist I have ever come across(and at 72 I have met a fair few). The doctor impressed also; welcoming not rushing one, giving clear ,concise advice....just brilliant.

Reception staff have been very helpful and kind when I've spoken to them on the phone, which was a good start, to feel listened to and helped.
The GPs who I've seen have been really understanding, and listened to me. They've offered advice and answered my questions. I'm very happy with the practice. It's difficult to see the same GP but that's the same almost everywhere.

This doctors have been fabulous to me and my husband throughout his cancer treatment. The reception staff have been faultless and extremely helpful on every occasion and Dr Spencer especially has gone above and beyond in his care and his time. We are very grateful to all at this practice and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

This is clearly the worst permorming surgery in Worcester. Getting a same day appointment is an immense challenge. They have you waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes. Together with Pharmacy next door they are a recipe for a disaster. Avoid them or change your GP.

It's early days for me here having just moved to the area but I can honestly say it's been a pleasure dealing with this surgery so far. A friendly, smiling, very helpful lady on reception (yes, at a Doctor's surgery!!) who listened to me and sorted a problem, plus a helpful phone call later that day from the pharmacy. I hope this continues as it's very impressive so far.

Had a baby, rang twice to register her, and they didn’t bother to! Now left waiting for my overdue 6 week check and 8 week vaccinations for my baby girl will be late. One particular receptionist obviously can’t be bothered to do her job, whereas whoever I spoke to on the 3rd phone call was far more helpful in chasing it up

Would give 0 if I could. Moved houses, called them to change my husband’s address, they said I needed to send proof of address via email. I did and heard nothing back. Called again 2 weeks later, the address was never changed because we were “now out of the boundary area”. But were told they’d change the address nevertheless to ensure his records were up to date. After my husband trying to book his vaccine online and the website telling him they couldn’t find his details because they didn’t recognise the address, I called the surgery yet again and the lady refused to change the address and not only that, my husband just took his vaccine and the lady informed him that his address has changed back to what it was 12 years ago!!!! Absolutely outrageous, especially considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic and my husband is asthmatic. APPALLING service, wouldn’t recommend you use them AT ALL. Please choose another GP.

Closed down Redditch specialist eye clinic (The Practice), so I now have to drive 40 minutes to this waste of space. Please let us give minus figures on the reviews!
