Pammi, what a fantastic service. she is very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful receptionist/admin lady. The doctor was very thorough with us too. I am very pleased with their service.
I am moving my whole family to this GP now.

Absolutely useless. Was told by my Doctors first care practice I would get an out of hours call at 7pm get a missed call at 6:20pm as they phoned for just one ring. So I phoned back but they had no idea why they phoned me. And had no record of me.

The best thing about Skyways Medical Centre is when you need them they are always there. Quick & same day appointments, no hassle of holding phone for hours, very helpful staff. I will highly recommend Skyways.

I would just like to say that I have been a patient for this practice since many years. The Doctors and Nurses are excellent; the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. This practice suits my every need and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a new practice.

Name any worst GP Practice than Skyways Medical Centre? I will wait. The staff/receptionist/telephonist are just not willing to listen to you let alone helping you or suggesting/advising you:(

One of the best GP surgeries in the area. The reception/admin staff provide an excellent customer service.

Had to attend after calling 111. Very efficient and Dr Khaalid made me feel at ease, was very professional and explained very well my symptoms.
