Today I was treated really bad by one of staff thought the phone. I just called them to inform them that I can not come with my child cos he’s sick and the she didn’t let me explain why I couldn’t make it, and she started like questioning me why I did not inform us earlier.
She talked in a rude way and hang up the phone on my face. Like I am a boss of the Clinic!!!
The most TOP SERVICES I HAVE EVER HAD in this clinic, and she didn’t give me her name.
Go to learn respect young lady. I am a mother and more than you I wished to come to this appointment with my son. Unfortunately the things doesn’t work out as we expected.

Calling in to postpone appointments is a pain. The woman I spoke to a few minutes ago couldn't even recognise difference between Qasim and Catherine. Seriously it's not a difficult name. Even when the name was spelled out the woman could not get the spelling correct. You work for a mixed community please verse your employees with correct telephone etiquette.

Attentive and friendly staff. A breath of fresh air compared to many parts of the local health authorities.

Parking is available to the rear of the centre. Turn into Hevingham Drive and take the first right onto Glanford Way. Follow the road round to the right and The Grove will be in front of you. DO NOT park in the numbered bays as these belong to the flats and you may be clamped.

In past their staff was very quick to respond but from last year I v seen a difference. I v to call multiple times to get hold of anyone . Thier line is either very busy or no one picks it . Waiting for thier help for over a year for council room and toilet . Send them so many requests , but they are keep on ignoring my daughters need . After Covid spread in area response is zero . Before they were at least answering the calls . My daughters health is getting bad but no one cares like they used to. I am very disappointed with their promises. They should provide protective clothing to physios and other staff to still check patients and do home visits . Why Covid is like end of world for them .Governments should pay some attention here .

Absolutely disgusting!!! I moved in the area 8month ago I kept calling and waiting for the last 8month just so they can put my 3 years old child on the system and to get some help with his development and they keep answering and cutting me off over and over again!!! Absolutely fuming! Unacceptable worse then anything I have experienced!

Dangerously poor. !
Have'nt got a clue. Took over a year to diagnose Autism after child threatened to take his own life and ended up in A&E. Post diagnoses very little support, only engage if there is a crisis. 6-8 months waiting list for counselling. Freindly staff but seem to be out of their depth. Poor service will lead to poor outcomes for lots of our children, and will cost society more in the long run, need quick serious reforms to save lives.
Update: 9 months later recieved a call out of the blue saying we had an online appointment for next day few options to change, link to meeting would be sent 10 mins before meeting, took day of work and school. Link never arrived contacted camhs said their computer were down and they did'nt know what was going on. ! Things seeming to be going from bad to worse. ! Why is'nt anyone being led to account ie directors.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month now. No communication on their part at all. Not even acknowledging my email. I even threatened them with me contacting complaints department. Still nothing. It's like they don't care. They didn't follow up with my sons' treatment after he was diagnosed over 5 years ago and basically made out that I was at fault for not chasing it up. Totally incompetent, unprofessional behaviour from them.

They don't even deserve the one star tbh....your meant to be helping the children but how? When no1 picks up the phone you guys must just listen to it ring you left me a voicemail to call back been trying for the pass 1 hours and no1 has picked up!! Absolutely terrible service from your behave.
