The Chaucer Surgery

Signed up as soon as i moved here 2005 wouldn't go anywhere else.
The reception staff look after me so well both on the telephone and in person and are so helpful. The nurse is amazing and I trust her 100%, Dr Barakrishnan is the only Dr I'll see he's brilliant!

disgusted booked a appointment for 3 pm this afternoon FOR MY MUM 7/8/17 on arrival was told it was 3 pm 30/8/2017 what a load of tripe my mum as had a allergic reaction in her eyes and needed to see the doctor asap a right cock up said they can fit us in at 5 pm Mum is 81 got asthma we struggled to get up there, ??? no way are we ever going to there again i had a appointment for aug 9th they can get stuffed as they might get that wrong as well please get me off your panel ASAP THAT GOES FOR ME AND MY MUM. NOW GOTTA GO TO THE HOSPITAL AS THIS PLACE IS SHITE .

This place is a joke,can't book appointments in advance,have to try ring up at 8am just for a standard appointment,and when you do try at 8am you are told they have no appointments left...Going to look for a new surgery.

Do not register at this GP. They say you should call at 8am. You call at 8am to book an appointment. The phone is forever engaged so you try about another 14 times. You finally get through and the phone rings at 8:10. It then takes 27 rings for someone to pick up, only to then be told that there are no appointments left. You can't book in advance so you are trapped in a loop - of you try again the next day, and the next day and the next day. This has happened almost every time I call this GP to book appointment and I have been with them for 5 years. You're better off going to the AandE. This is not a GP.

I have always got an appointment within a reasonable time, and the staff have been nothing but helpful.
