I had some minor surgery here, strongly recommend. Started feeling faint after so they took me in a room that had a bed for me to lay on and brought me some water. They took the time to make sure I was fully okay untill I left.

Was going to be late due to traffic
Tried to ring to explain i would be 10 minutes late but no answer on phone numerous of times I rang no answer!
Got there to a note on door saying patients should wait in car and wait to be seen
Sat waiting for a while. Finally went to see what was happening and was told i missed my appointment due to been late.... I was only car in parking lot at one point
They finally said I could get seen.
Wasn't greeted very well made me feel uncomfortable

Fantastic staff. Very professional, informative and caring from start to finish. Wish all health are services were like them.

I and my family would like to give our thanks to all of the team at Cedar Park for their expertise in patient care & handling. Under the circumstances of having an op under local anaesthetic, I did have nerves, which was I guess natural. Polite encouragement from the surgeon and the ladies working with him was passed my way throughout the procedure, as was small talk to help take my mind off the surgery whilst it happened. It really helped me, and I even cracked a smile such was their tactical humour - they were able to find something each of us had in common which definitely helped and I never expected that! Now that I am home lying here thinking about it, these guys were really humble people and deserve the best praise individually and as a team.

I had Hernia surgery here at Cedar Park. I would like to offer my gratitude and thanks for their professionalism. They were comforting during the operation and kept my mind at ease. The dressing was replaced a few days later and the nurse at my GP surgery did comment 'how neat' the stitches were.
I have seen comments upon here about 'no after patient care'. I thought the same, however they were right, I only needed paracetamol and Ibuprofen. Many Thanks.

Referred by Doc's for minor operation. Easy to arrange date and time, the friendly staff accommodated for my circumstances and the op went without a hitch. Very happy with the service I received.

They were generally good for the surgery. But the after care is inexsistant. Had to get really strong pain killers from urgent treatment centre. All the doctors I have spoken have been surprised that Cedar Park provided NO after care information post the minor surgery or provide any pain killers.

Went today in a wheelchair no disabled parking bays not tarmac just hardcore door has no bang switch to enter no real reception you wait in your car till they get you but have no idea which car scan room small difficult to turn a wheelchair in lovely staff good equipment .disabled loo is fitted out no emergency red cord though
