Amazing and helpful staff. One of the best experiences with NHS. Parking is complicated, but I wouldn't go to any other clinic.

The minute I walked in I felt judged by the staff at the front desk. One lady at the desk started laughing at a destressed girl behind her back. The staff communicated with me with a rude attitude and acting like I was stuipd. Staff in a sexual health clinic should be kind and supportive. I am very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Staff at the clinic were lovely from start to finish. I was very anxious before attending and quite distressed during the procedure as it's very invasive, but they were so knowledgeable and comforting. I was really pleased with the outcome. Thank you Earnsdale.

I have no idea where any of these negative reviews are coming from! Been here a few times now, fantastic service every time! Every member of staff is professional yet can enjoy a nice chat with you and have a laugh, making any situation go from nervous to comfortable that you feel able to really open up to them. Couldn't rate higher!

Once again a return visit in 2022 revealed an excellent clinic, wonderfully sensitive staff and a convenient location. So grateful we have this free service. Thank you NHS and all.
