People coming in after you nd getting seen STRAIGHT away!

Absolutely disgusting practice worst in the area, doctor Been of for months with stress, can't get an appointment, they have no doctor to cover,
my daughter has been waiting on blood results for weeks, the receptionist claimed that she wasn't on medication, she's been on them for 5 years, when my daughter asked to speak to someone in charge, she finally found her details of her medication, lost her blood results had to go again for more blood and it's taken two half months to get results from a locum it's disgusting
Want to leave but other doctors said because where with them they can't take us on, which is rediculous 😡
Going to see the practice manager tomorrow, I'm only sorry I didn't look at reviews before joining them

Absolutely shocking practice would not recommend it to anyone, one problem after another. Latest one being told you cannot bring a child with a cough who uses an inhaler in to see a doctor as there not seeing coughs because the doctor has asthma. This is the last in a long line of errors will be contacting the care quality commission

Utterly disgraceful behaviour from a little pathetic girl behind reception over the telephone today. My mum needs her prescription urgently today but was met with sadistic laughter from reception. How disgusting!
I will be reporting the service to the Care Quality Commission who regulate the practice. I am not happy that my dear mum has not been promptly attended to. I will also be contacting her manager to discuss her vague and sadistic behaviour towards patients and relatives.

This is the worst surgery in maghull 600+ calls over 1hr 15 minutes the phone is constantly engaged oh and it did ring a few times nobody picked up a total shame of a gps surgery
