Booked appointment in november and had to wait untill january ! Came 10 mins earlier and waited 50 mins without seeing the doctor. I had to leave as i needed to be elsewere 1h later so i requested a reschedule, i was told that nearest was another 20 days later.... I think this says it all

This surgery is disgraceful . After 35 years I'm now looking for a decent practice . What ever you do don't see Dr Rand as she is a nasty piece of work. Dr Turberfield was their only decent GP now she's left I seriously wouldn't bother.. I've made several complaints to this practice and never received a response. Will be seeking further advice on where to go from here. I'm absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated. O star if I could

I am very happy with this surgery and my GP, Dr Rand. They always call me back on the same day and take my concerns seriously. I still have to remind them to do my bloods every 6 months but I also work for the NHS and I know how stretched to their limits these services are.

I find the reception staff who answer the phone are always very kind and compassionate and always give the impression they are doing their very best to help. It must be a stressful, busy job yet they maintain a lovely demeanour with patients.

Worst as they always fob you off to the paramedic and never prescribe any medicine! People only come if they are genuinely sick not for a chit chat! Reception staff are great but as for the doctors I can’t say much!

Registration process can be a bit hit and miss. My boyfriend sent in his paperwork but never got a response and had to do it all over again.

Our online access codes don’t work so we’re needing to request for it again.

Got an appointment really quick though when I needed it!

Such an improvement compared to our last practice. Receptionists are friendly and non judgemental. The nurse and health visitors are lovely. My partner got an appointment with the doctor on the same day.

How this medical centre has 3 stars is beyond me.

I only go to a doctor if there is a serious problem, every time they are not taking it serious or have shown no clue what they are doing, and most importantly they just reply 95% of the times with just rest, take paracetamol, see how you feel in the next few days... THAT when you go to them with serious problem.

My girlfriend turned out to have a serious stomachgoo ulcer condition, they did nothing !!! nothing!

I had serious problems with depression and anxiety to the point i could not do basic tasks at home or work and they told me to go outside and exercise.
