My first visit was of looking the building over and coming to the conclusion that the separate surgeries would amalgamate in the near future. The building seems too large for the 3 surgeries now in place. I am still not certain,but think such a large building has been designed for much more than than the purpose of providing 3 separate surgeries. These are now going to become one I have been told. This does make sense I hope the amalgamation of all three surgeries allows me to have the doctor I have been with for some years. I do like the layout and the the carparking facilities. My only concern and I believe an important one. Is the difficulty I and others will have when traveling on foot to an appointment. This problem has been mentioned before and I feel has not been satisfactorily sorted out. This situation will force the patients who are finding transportation to Aspen House very difficult may decide to look for another surgery that is a lot more convenient.

First visit made to practise 30th March 2016 since registering at the beginning of the Month. Could not praise practise highly enough. Everyone I saw and spoke too from lovely lady at reception, to Nurse and Doctor were so nice, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease and treated me with full respect. Well done to all concerned.

The people are great but there are few gaps in communication between them in my experience during 2017; 1. Nurse told me there is an in house chiropractor. Reception adamant they don't have one and referred me outside the clinic. 2. Given blood test date - Time off to attend. On arrival on the date of tests, the nurse told me they didn't have all the equipment to be able to carry out the required tests on that day. 3. Nurse told me they have certain forms in reception. Reception have no idea which forms they are. As I said the people are friendly and good but there seems a lack of management holding them and their good intentions together.
