Mile End Road Surgery

This surgery is truly brilliant! My family (especially the kids)are usually seen by Dr O'Shea and Dr Prabhu and they are always patient and kind to us.They are extremely dedicated and committed to their job and you get the feeling that they truly care. They are just great doctors and genuinely good human beings!
A special mention for Dr Perez - Morales (who saw my daughter last evening). Dr Perez-Morales called to check if my daughter was feeling better after an earlier appointment. My daughter was still quite unwell and she offered to see her straightaway. All the nurses and practitioners always have a smile on their face. We've truly hit jackpot with this surgery!! Thank you so much!

Liz, nurse practitioner, is absolutely lovely- so caring and kind. Actually felt like she cared about me as a person.
Seen before my appointment time as I happened to get there slightly earlier. Got in to see her same day also and receptionist didn’t try and argue with me on the phone (as has happened at other surgeries). Generally very impressed by the surgery.

Tried to book with the pracrice nurse to have stiches removed, after 10 days. Was told I need to book two weeks in advance! Never heard of anything so stupid in my life - my ability to see into the future is just not good enough!

Really good GP practice. Dr Hewitt and Nurse Rachel we’re brilliant and extremely caring.

Can not book appointment online as no longer available and can not get through when you ring at 8am, as recommended by the website.
If appointment required, they suggest the walk-in centre.

Pre-Covid this place was average. Now it's become very difficult to access any services. Everything has to be done online initially, and the website is absolutely terrible. It's almost like they don't want you to contact them. They have openly told me multiple times that members of my family can't be seen. My husband also had a doctor brush him off with a potentially serious issue and was later sent for a biopsy by another medical professional. Disappointing and discouraging.
