Station Road Medical Practice

The doctors at the surgery are lovely and very helpful however their entire receptionist team are vile! Their behaviour towards patients both at the surgery and over there phone is disgusting! They need a few lessons on how to be a helpful & polite receptionist as none of them currently have it!

Im a huge fan of the telephone system its worked well for me . The Doctors phoned me back within the hour and were really helpful . I found the Receptionists as ever very efficient and I really appreciate all the help particularly in these difficult times. Many Thanks all round.

Can't believe these negative reviews. This surgery is tirelessly patient, kind and thorough. If it wasn't for them, Id be dead. A long time ago.

The docs and nurses have been great and got appointments no problem only problem I have is only one receptionist is quite rude and thinks she is higher than the doctors ,she talks to you like your a bit of dirt on her shoe ,no manners at all.
Thanks to all in the practice for your help yous have been fantastic apart from that one bad apple

I would like to say thankyou to reception staff and especially Dr Hutchison for care and attention during the past few weeks of having been unfortunate to have used this service I have nothing but praise for this practice. The key to my recovery is having consistency in being fortunate enough in always talking to the same dr, it has restored my faith in family drs

Receptionists and Doctors always helpful and polite.

Doctors ok if you get to see them that is. You have to get past the receptionists first. They are totally rude, no people skills at all. Glad i moved to a different surgery. My mother however is still waiting for a phone call from the doctor about her dangerously high blood pressure. If she ends up with another stroke you will here me.
