The Physio Room

I saw Clare for a painful wrist caused by a boxing injury. She treated it so carefully and skilfully, explaining what was going on as she did it. She then gave me some amazing exercises involving a household broom and my wrist is up and running again and my tennis career resurrected. I cannot thank Clare enough for her skill, experience, professionalism and diligence in following up afterwards to check how I was doing. Thank you Clare! Very reasonably priced and well located practice too.

I have had back issues for many years but the physio that Clare administered on me as well as the follow up exercises that she set has given me long term solution and relief for my back. I have also used Clare for acupuncture when I was pregnant which was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone in need!

I pulled my calf playing hockey. Clare really sorted it out with a massage and she applied KT tape so I could walk on it. She even taught me how to apply the KT tape myself to keep the tape fresh. Highly recommend
