I had a horrible experience in that place.. I was admitted for an ENT doctor who over charged me, and when I paid him cash directly (as he requested) he sent me a payment email only a week later.
8 months later I received another email from the clinic asking -in an aggressive tone- for a pending payment that i should settle.. (I can imagine what happened)
I replied them with the payment email I received from their doctor, and asked for a clarification for what happened. They apologized and promised me to get back to me with the investigation results, qhich nwver happened.
I'm still waiting before i escalate the issue

Terribile experience, I came to see a doctor who charged me £570 for a 15 minutes consultation. I paid directly by bank transfer at the end of my session but kept on receiving letters from the clinic claiming an outstanding payment from my side. After repeatedly sharing proof of initial payment from my side I kept on receiving letters asking for payment, no reply from the customer service.
Terribile service.

I have had 2 dilations here done by 2 separate specialists, both who did an impeccable job. The first one (Dr. Lovat) got me my EoE diagnosis that was missed from my last endoscopy a year ago by a specialist back in the US. I am responding to the medication to treat EoE and am so very grateful for his breakthrough, expertise and skill. Furthermore, I had no complications from my dilation and got significant relief.

I now see Dr. Sami for long term management of the condition and did my 2nd scope and found response to the medication so I know have a long term management plan for it and am doing a lot better than I was. Dr. Sami performed a 2nd dilation of which I had no complications and had significant relief. Dr. Sami cares a lot about patient quality of life and does his very best to help as much as he can. I am very grateful to be under his care.

I have had such great experiences with both gastros and am very grateful to be under their care here.

The staff are friendly and are trying hard. The doctors are very competent. But it's HCA - run, so it means HCA has managed to screw everything up and make the experience worse than going to NHS.

The doctors are good. But the administrative side of the experience needs some serious improvement, including at the reception. For example, every visit (as part of a multi-visit treatment) requires a new “patient registration” document to be filled out. By their own account, this document takes 15 minutes to complete. And despite filling it out and returning it, you will inevitably be asked to fill it out again (or a third time) for unexplained and inexplicable reasons. As another poster has identified, HCA runs the place and has made it worse than going to the NHS.

The appointment was useless, they told me to do nothing and didn't run any tests. That I would just feel better eventually.
Didn't even bother to send me or my insurance company a letter. I called them several times, no result, whoever pick the phone can't do anything, and whoever can never calls back.

I was being treated by Professor Ameet Patel at the London Digestive Centre for the past couple of years and I have nothing but the best to say for him, his secretary and all the staff I've been involved with there. They're polite, courteous and very efficient. Keep it up folks, well done!

Very professional and excellent customer services. All tests done very quick and nicely. Reception staff and health professionals 5/5. Highly recommended.
