This “hospital “ has gone massively downhill in the urgent care department. Staff on the door are beyond rude and sarcastic. Lovely welcoming to the hospital. Bring enough food for dinner ! And don’t expected to even get help ! Honestly used to be amazing and now is. Just. Trash.

This place is fantastic. I saw Eileen today who was kind, professional and very helpful. I really wish that NHS staff members were respected more and paid more; I can’t believe people on here are complaining about this place, I’ve always found it to be extremely helpful and the doctors and nurses to be intelligent and patient. Lots of people here who could just use the pharmacy (eg conjunctivitis) or wait to see a GP.

Awful receptionist! Rude and unhelpful! A young child was sick and his mother told the receptionist he had diarrhea. He appeared quite unwell. Despite this the receptionist told the lady that there was no appointments and he was going to see a nurse for "advice". It's worrying that a sick child can't see a doctor and will see a nurse "for advice" no treatment. NHS workers then moan for higher salary but don't really do the job they're supposed to do. My husband was sent home and told to take paracetamol when clearly needed a x-ray to check for a broken foot.
Very, very poor!

I was in the Pamela Bryant ward for two weeks and was very thankful to have been able to have a bed there. The ward was small and personal. TSister Sen was an exceptional nurse and nurse Veena too was veery caringwhile Danteand Carlton were very entertaining . Togetherthey made my time there pass quickly.l and pleasantlymore happy than it would othersise have been. The physios Deborah and Justina were also extremely competent and encouraging and helped me to rehabilitate quickly.
I am grateful to all of these individuals for looking after an old woman which must have been a dhore for them but they never showed it.

I arrived at 5pm on 21st October.
Was seen and told the abbsess under my armpit needed to be drained and was infected.
Told me he couldn't do it there at Teddington and refused to give me antibiotics.

He said I had to go to West mud .
Where there was a five hour wait .waited 3 hours
By which time it had burst .
In agony and feeling dreadful.
Went home cleaned the wound myself. Finally saw gp on Monday 24th drcgave me antibiotics and was confused as to why Teddington refused to treat me .

The one star is only because the doctor we saw was very friendly and nice and great with our 3 year old daughter. The reception staff however were all extremely rude an unpleasant. Given than I was bringing my child in and was already obviously worried about her, the receptionist was instantly judgemental as I’m a young mum and was really unnecessarily nasty to me. She made me cry and then gaslit me about being upset. If I was dying and my only choice was to go here I’d genuinely rather die.

Excellent staff and were seen by the lovely nurse within 1.5 hours. Also, had an xray in the same time.
