The receptionist was very helpful and understanding
An telephone consultation was arranged but I was still in the surgery when the phone rung . I explained I was actually in the surgery hoping that the GP would see me.
I had pain in my ears which for me was unbearable.
Had to go back a week later as ears still painful and treatment prescribed was not having an impact.
Sometimes we need to go back to basics because not even a telephone can make a diagnosis asoppose to nakedeye

Waiting for a call back from dr but never heard anything so we called them and they hung up after waiting for 15 minutes in the queue. Called again - same thing - they hung up after 15 minutes again. Called again, got through and apparently the doctor called at 3.45. I've just dialled 1471 and there has been no call since 12pm which wasn't the dr. Liars. The dr never called. No appointments they just tell you to call 111. It's a joke.

Update 12/9/22Called at 6.20, been caller no3 for the last half hour. Your practise closes at 7 30. I'm trying on another line and it says you are now closed. Unbelievable. WHAT A JOKE. Need to be reviewed by the the health ombudsman.

Unable to get an appointment to speak to my Doctor eventhough My situation is one that should be considered an emergency. Waiting for 50 add minutes and was told that they are fully booked when I was number 10 in the Q and was told its a 12 minutes wait. This happens more than once. Practice needs a manager who is managing.

Extremely unprofessional. Been ill all weekend, wait 25 mins on the phone for them to answer and leave the phone on the table and end the call without speaking to me. This has happened so many times, it’s obvious they do it deliberately. Will not recommend this GP.

I needed an urgent blood test done with them, even had another hospital contact them saying how important it was that I get my blood test as soon as possible. However, they never booked me in. For 2 weeks plus I was calling in the morning to get a slot in, but never managed to. Staff never pick up the phone and when they do, it's as if someone is holding a gun to their head and telling them to end the call quickly. Even if you have to walk an hour longer to find another GP, I would recommend you do over this excuse of a GP.

This is the worst GP I have ever been to in my entire 20 years of existence. Absolutely terrible service, rude receptionists with no respect for patients. I can't wait for this place to shut down because they don't even deserve to be called a GP. My doctor is so unserious, he always laughs at me on the phone. He is such a bad doctor that he's not even relevant enough for me to know his name!

Absolute joke of a GP, never have slots for bookings. And when we did get a booking, they didn't follow up with giving the results back, now we moved to a new GP and said they should have sent it because my brother is now much more sick than he would have been if they had just sent the results like they said they would.
