Heathrow Medical Centre

1st visit with my wife. The staff are extremely nice and did not rush you. They listened and advised you. There is a trainee Doctor. Lovely young lady. Caring and professional. She will go a long way and be an excellent Doctor. It is the 1st time we have had such a fantastic experience with Doctors.

If you care about your health and your time do not register with this surgery.

- you are always caller no 1 in line and wait a minimum of 15-20min for the receptionist to answer
- they always put a note in the diary for a doctor to call you and they never do
- had 4 assessment appointments for the same problem just because after the appointment they tell you that the will call you in 4-6weeks with an appointment, as its a waiting list for tratament but they never do, and when you call back they book you for another assessment appointment as the doctor needs to reassess the problem that was assessed 2months ago
- nurses calls in sick, they don't bother to call you to reschedule your appointment.
I turned up for my appointment and receptionist told me the nurse is not in but a doctor will see me. Waited 20min to be called in the surgery and be told that the nurse called in sick and they can't do anything. If they don't call to let me know about the nurse before I arrive for my appointment, you expect to be told when you sign in at reception so I don't waste another 20 min waiting for nothing, and be told the same thing.
- referral sent to the hospital with wrong information which lead to rejection for treatment

Their response everytime you ask for an explanation? IT'S A MISCOMMUNICATION
For 3 years is always a miscommunication that they are not even trying to improve.

Inept stuff with awful organisation.

PS: this review is written by a former nurse whom also worker thorughout the pandemic, I know the services can be a LOT better if it was not due to lazy staff.

I am looking for another surgery.

Please do not register for this practice. The service you receive is genuinely diabolical. I made it very clear that my daughter was allergic to penicillin so they went ahead and prescribed her penicillin. This is just one of many complaints I have had about this surgery. They never refer you when you need to be referred, you have to constantly chase any request you put in with them. This surgery needs to be in special measures and that is putting it mildly

Reception staff is very rude.They should realise that no one go to GP for fun. It’s always something serious. I went there because my 9month old son was not well. But there attitude is always very bad. They don’t bother even if little baby is involved. Seriously I prefer 111 than going to GP because of the rude reception staff.

The doctors and rest of the staff were good. Unfortunately let down by one of the receptionists. Very rude and unprofessional. If they didn’t have a monopoly over class 1 initial CAA Medicals, I wouldn’t have gone there first place! (Considering it costs £650)!

The service is so poor.
I had pain and had an appointment here then dr called me and after 2 rings cut off.
My phone was in my hand and I had just called them in a minute but they told me you have to take another appointment.
I was confused.

Saw Nurse Coutts today and had the best experience with any medical person to date. Very professional, very friendly, had abit of pain during treatment and she told me to ask her to stop if it's all too much. Need more professionals like this to work in the medical care. Made me feel at home and ease with her conversations. Thank You 😊

Worst surgery i have ever seen in my life.
Reception staff is so arrogant. No telephonic skills.
Nurses pretending themselves bigger then doctors.

Must say about nurse (Gay Libre). She is the worst in clinic. I interacted on several occasions with her but never had positive reaction. Always very loud and full of overconfidence. I did tried to complained but she is always been backed by doctors who are never available for patients.

Have to chase for every little thing.
