All my family have been with Saxonbrook for a number of years. The GPs are first class and always ready to see you and follow through. It's been different in Covid times but I find everyone really helpful . The receptionists are approachable. I only know the name of Jackie and she is lovely. She has helped with the care of my 93 year old mother.

Never call back on time, if at all, refused to see my newborn who wasn't feeding and was screaming in agony, even though 111 told me to speak to them, sent a letter to me saying they had "registered my baby" and when I had to get him help from 111 he didn't even exist! Sent me a text saying my prescription had been sent to Tesco's, partner drove there and it had been sent to Kamsons in furnace green! Just stupid mistakes really.

Although I had never even seen the doctors at this practice I had untruths that the previous surgery also which I had never needed to use listed about me on my records and contacted other authorities regarding continued at this establishment.This has caused me terrible legal problems even though I prior to this envisaged it would happen.In the first place the lies were actually maliciously put forward by the offspring of a formal
very elderly confused friend of mine whom I was going out of my way to help in every way that I could at my own expense financially and at the cost of my time and energy and
another very deviously minded person who was even more indeed confused that I counselled for . Goodness has this cost me dear.I really did explain fully to the surgery what had happened too I think that time to listen is the needing factor.

They did not give appointment to inperson check for my 5 year child. Very crazy and unusual folks managing it. There is no curtacy to see the patient.

Extremely bad service, booking an appointment is just impossible,
Person is not well /ill or in pain
They have to fill the form, you can't call them how can you describe issue in writing??? they have created bizarre ridiculous system.
Also Looks like they wants to avoid to see patients, simple as that

I been registered there for a couple years, every time i have to go there i got upset because they never know anything, give me wrong phone numbers,forgot to update me etc.Very bad service

Registered my new born the second day we took her home from the hospital in person filling up all the registration forms and providing a photocopy of all her hospital discharge papers. 2 months later when the first compulsory vaccinations happen and we did not hear from the GP we called to be told they hold no records of my daughter and that I would have needed to register her first. I was very upset! I could only book in a slot weeks later to the Maidenbower practice for the vaccination where they had to start the registry process for my baby again.

Simply put they refused to register my infant daughter here despite myself handing in the necessary documents in person on reception in person well in time resulting my daughter almost missing crucial vaccinations. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! YOU MUST IMPROVE AS YOU CANNOT PLAY WITH CHILDREN'S HEALT!

The doctors are amazing, but I think they are unaware of when they tell you to call them this is sometimes not possible. When you phone the surgery it says you can press 1 and they will retain your number in the queue! I don’t suggest you do this as you get cut off, it has happened to me several times. I then sat in a queue for 11/4hrs a very pleasant lady answered apologised for the wait, it is not their fault either as she said she has been in the phone 24/7 since they opened which I totally believe, but something really has to be done about this, I desperately needed to find out my results the other day, but still unable to speak to anyone!
