Moss Street Surgery

Best surgery in the area by far. Can't fault the service given by Dr's and all the staff. Receptionists are always happy to help. It is just a shame some patients do not appreciate the service given and choose to abuse the staff when they can't get what they want. Keep up the excellent work Moss Street, and thank you!!

Reception staff are lovely, Sister J Clifford is lovely, but bad experiences and 0 tolerance to autistic people and mental health otherwise. Finding a good, understanding doctors surgery in Cannock is near impossible.

Good doctors and nurses are amazing very helpful. Some of the reception woman are lovely and understanding. I always get appointment and my meds reordered well I never receive a problem.

Great doctors & nurses, can actually have a conversation about care which hasn't happened at other practices.
Only issue I've had is trying to get through has taken me 90+ attempts some days & most of the receptionists are great although one does seem like she has an attitude & tries to guess what I'm about to say. Other than that great practice.

Best surgery I've ever been a patient of. Half the reason fo stay in the area, I know I'll always have great health care here. Always smiles, always lovely. Thank you.

I went into my surgery last week to have my flu jab .. It was Sunday I was grumpy !!
I’m in my 60s I’m allowed 😂
Honestly I was greeted by 3 ladies with a lovely good morning and big welcoming smiles. It was that nice I almost wanted to go round again ..

Tells us to ring at 11 but phone lines ‘busy’ yet when I ring any other time it allows me to wait in a queue. When they finally bother answering ‘all appointments are gone’ yet no one could get through….. strange
