Never any appointments available, I tried to register at 12 weeks pregnant and was told I couldn't see a doctor for 4 weeks, I soon changed surgery's and have no problem getting seen at all at Midway. Perhaps a classic case of overworked and understaffed!

Never get an appointment. One of the drs here stopped medication I was supposed to be on for life!!! Very bad practice by all staff. Receptionists are rude and cannot be bothered to help you! I have changed drs now and couldn’t be happier! They have also said I shouldn’t of been taken off this particular medication!

Don't try and register as a new patient online - even though you can on the NHS website, and it says it's been received... they don't actually accept or receive online registrations for new patients. Hope it gets better from here.

this place is one big joke. most of the crew should be fired immediately. They give the wrong phone numbers for the fights in the center, I had heart problems, and they gave me the number for the ophthalmology department. this is not the only such situation in my case. unable to register online. I sincerely sympathize if someone has to go there more often.

30 minutes on hold. Hear someone pick up the phone who immediately hangs up.

I have been with Dr Hussains medical practice since I was a baby and the service has always been exemplary. The reception staff have always been lovely even back to when it was on Liverpool Road. Given the current pressure's on medical staff all over the country your doing well. Thankyou!

Many of the negative reviews on here appear to be directed towards the wrong practice - there are 2 different and distinct surgeries inside this care centre, one of which offers walk-in appointments multiple times throughout the week and is run by a father and son GP (to the right of reception), and the other which is to the left of reception and is infinitely bigger in size. Having worked at the former, I can confidently say that appointments are not hard to come by, and that a child would never be neglected there. Please do your due diligence before posting negative comments on here - specify which surgery you have an issue with.
