Try calling from the second they open to only be instantly disconnected. When you finally get through, It's just to tell you that they're full up

Provides an excellent service from reception team to the nurses and doctors. Making an appointment isn't ideal as need to phone from 8am and probably make repeated calls until get through but there is only a limited number of available appointments to offer. This apparently a commonplace way to all local GP surgeries that appointments are allocated "on the day" and its a first come, first served service. 🤔 If its Urgent or can't wait, try the out of hours service but you will need to be verbally spoken to on the phone by a nurse BEFORE you get an appointment "out of hrs" to stop time wasters, but if you're ill shouldn't be an issue! 👍👍

I have been a patient of Coed Y Glyn Surgery for many years now, and I regard the Medical Team and Staff as one of the best on Anglesey! :) I have Bipolar-1 and other health issues, and the Doctors and Nurses have been so helpful and kind to me over the years, thereby allowing me to stay in good health. :) Thank-you ever so much, and even though the NHS is under, 'tremendous strain' during this Covid-19 Virus etc difficult time, I want to wish you all of the very best, and I sincerely hope that other patients can be treated with the same professionalism that I have experienced! Thank-you once again! :)

If I could give no stars and still review this excuse of a doctor’s surgery, practice manager, who won’t allow you to communicate with her to raise a complaint, how convenient, so I will go one better social media and the Internet Been at the Surgery, for well over a year had to phone up on numerous occasions. One time in particular Friday the 16th phone up from a four year old daughter extremely worried as a parent and the young receptionist with dark black hair don’t know your name, but I soon will do. take it upon herself to catch feelings and doesn’t like the way I communicated as an extremely worried parent is speaking as a consequence of this the doctors fail in their duty of care because the receptionist feelings. They didn’t return the call after sending pictures of my daughters face to them and get confirmation that they receive the email pictures. They still denied calling. My daughter courtesy of this receptionist new young lady who works in there with dark black hair is about 5 foot four, slim build do you know who you are and so will I want my solicitor runs through this surgery? See if you made the calls or the doctor made the cold they would be a log both ends so when I put a subject request in under the freedom of information act 2001 and we see that not only have the receptionist lied to us but also the doctors are backing up the receptionists quite frankly none of use deserve a respected position like the one you hold, and I’m going to make it my sole purpose to make sure that anybody has involvement in this in the government run. Nhs building is going to be held accountable. Cut and dry you victimise a four-year-old who has priority because you don’t like the fact that the parent was upset, worried and stressed regarding the health of their child. You clearly do not have children you in sympathetic individual and you’ll probably notice I didn’t swear in this review so we can’t be taken down. Thank you for reading. Hope no one has the same problem we had and I will update the receptionist name name and shame all over Google

Helpful receptionist on the phone.

I've never had a problem with the doctors either, they've always been good to me.

I've broken my lower I can't walk, I'm in chronic pain! They've kicked me of there system. Told the NHS, I've walked in and told them I don't need a doctor anymore. So know I've no doctor!!! I've had a 9 hrs wait for the ambulance and 7 hrs in A and E. Still not been seen...shambles of a place!

Very unhelpful , blames computer for everything , NO SYMPATHY FOR END OF LIFE PATIENTS THAT ARE IN EXTREEM PAIN 24 HOURS A DAY . THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR
