With the changes in the practise by the health authorities it is an absolute nightmare to get an appointment.
If you have a telephone consultation and the dr needs to see you there are no appointments
It’s horrendous
Patients should be treated as individuals not just a number
To be told to go to A&E for treatment for bronchitis is ridiculous no wonder the nhs is in trouble

Moved to Wales over one year ago and despite the pandemic I cannot fault this surgery.

Would leave no stars if I could absolutely shockingly bad on repeat prescriptions currently 4 days without my medication as they can't find my prescription that got signed by the doctor 6 days ago and now have to wait up to another 48hours for him to sign another one, the one receptionist that I keep speaking to keeps putting me on hold and literally couldn't care less! This is not a one off this happens more months than not had enough of this now will be moving to another surgery which I should have done a year ago !

I'm new to the surgery last month was told my prescription was delt with by my old surgery so had to go to previous chemist to collect .popped into chemist this morning to see if my prescription was ready to be told I need to ring the surgery every month aweek prior to due day .rang the surgery to ask them as I'm diebetic and needed anew sensor as my last 1 fell out Fri. Was told they don't take orders over the fone but to put repeat through letter box wel god knows how long thatl take to be ready .ended up telling them I won't bother .the surgery is worse than the last 1 I was with .why is everything so dumb difficult

The professionalism, care and love of their patients is second to none you could pay a million pounds and not get such good care. If you need to be seen you are!

This surgery is not fit for purpose.I need drops to control the pressure in my eye.Without the medication I could develop glaucoma and go blind,Requesting a prescription by phone is next to impossible---they say they are too busy to answer.I travelled from Kidwelly to the surgery with a letter giving all my details and personally delivered it to the nurse.THEY IGNORED IT.After running out of drops I asked Boots pharmacy to request a prescription. They said the surgery would only accept a letter , not fax---FURTHER DELAY.I have a choice of staying with them and going blind or finding another surgery that CARES for their patients
