Cross Hands Health Centre

After I collected my prescription I noticed it wasn't all there so foned the surgery was basically told to go the pharmacy and buy what I need after some discussion back and fore she finally agreed to as sk the doctor .I rang on the following Monday only to be told my prescription was there on the Friday and I hadn't picked it up .totaa to unexceptionable

Phone is always engaged can't get through to make appointments etc it's like the Dr's don't care about people's health it's a big joke seriously considering involving the medical board and local newspaper

Never had any issues there always helpful at the desk

We are just so lucky to have such an efficient team of doctors and supporters in over 20 years I can honestly say I have had service and help second to none, I am a Welshman born and bred and very happy that I have such a helpful and efficient team looking after me and my health. Ridiculous!! I don't see a point in having this health centre open, no one answers when you phone! What is the receptionist doing?? Ignoring the phone to chat with a colleague?! Absolutely disgusting!

Shocking the staff you would swear are consultants. They need proper management and new enthusiastic staff.

Unbelievable!! Rang Re flu jab, would have had better info from the chip shop.
