This place typifies how third world the NHS in Wales is becoming. They are using Covid as an excuse to do even less than usual, even though it has not been a particular problem round here. The government likes to perpetuate the myth that the health service in the UK is world class. It's anything but

Receptionists for the most part are very friendly & helpful. The Doctors I have seen have very blinkered & archaic views. I have seen at least 3. I don't even know who my Doctor actually is ! I am far from happy being a patient here but sadly there isn't a lot of choice in Haverfordwest.

My Mother is an 82 year old patient of this practice. To date she has been unable to receive a flu jab this year. I have serious concerns about certain health issues which seem to be being overlooked or she is being 'fobbed off'.

An absolute waste of time! Spend hours on hold to NEVER get an appointment. Impossible to be seen / called via ‘same day ‘ appointment slots, even when you call bang 8.30 every morning, and the bookable appointments are always fully booked. It’s literally impossible to get an appointment to see a gp!! What a terrible service, an a total waste of tax payers money.

This place should have a freephone No. because the time they keep you waiting is inexcusable. The health service is finished
Get used to it.

No problems making blood test and doctor's call back, in fact call back brought forward due to husband's new diabetes condition. Follow up appointments are well organised. I speak as I find, and find all staff I have spoken to courteous; the volume of calls they handle is huge - thank you all.

This surgery must be one of the hardest to get hold of. Between 98 to 102 calls a day this week from Monday till Thursday all engaged and i gave up at that point. Tried again this morning and got through on call no 76 !!!!!! Dr tells you to call him back at a certain date you try to book an appt for that date to be told you cant do that, so drs need to sort this with reception or dont tell patients to call back on a certain date!!! Never experienced anything like it and have been registered with varies drs in UK and abroad, can honestly say this has been the worst by far !!! Very unsatisfied .

Waste of time called them Saturday to sort out telephone consultation, they told me to call back Monday which i did and was in a and they said they will sort out a work sick note with the doctor and have it emailed and to phone back in the afternoon for when they have done it, only to be told that i need to call back tomorrow morning and arrange a consultation even even tho i tried that already. maybe the reception and doctors need to communicate better. it feels like i have 1 leg shorter than the other going around in circles.
