Bought an approved used E class on 15/09/2022 and noticed the visor had a smashed mirror which was missed as part of their extensive checks. Took nearly 3 months for them to book me into my local branch for replacement, at which stage I was advised by my local branch that my brakes were unsafe. This was within 1500miles and just over 2 months of purchasing the car. No solution has been offered by Mercedes-Benz Stevenage/ LandL automotive.

1st visit to the garage after a year with my first EV. Great service. Very comfortable and relaxing environment to wait. I was welcomed and dealt with quickly and was able to work in the waiting area. Vehicle ready on time. Video update included.

I previously gave Stevenage Mercedes a great review. Not sure what’s happened to this dealership? I took both of my cars for a service this week and wasn’t happy! First I had to rebook one of my cars as there wasn’t a loan car available, even after waiting for 2 weeks for it. The loan car was given to me dirty and the windscreen had been sprayed with something on the inside that I didn’t want to touch in case I caught something. The first car was serviced and the technician damaged my antifreeze bottle by over tightening the cap and jamming it shut. They had to fix this and now I’m left with a scratched water bottle and cap! The car wasn’t been cleaned properly either, I received it not to the standard expected. Then I service my second car, this wasn’t too bad apart from not receiving a video of the health check? The loan car was also given to me dirty! From a prestigious car company this service is unacceptable. Edmund in services was great the others a little grumpy.

Fantastic customer service with extremely professional staff who have been trained to the highest level which shows in their knowledge and experience when answering any concerns or questions both in regards to the level of service and timescale for the delivery & pick up of the vehicle

Thanks to all the aftersales staff for. Sorting the faults on both mine and my wife’s Mercedes C class’s at a reasonable price. No questions regarding the warranty repairs and a reasonable price for chargeable repairs. Considering I own a small independent garage in the local area this is high praise. John Cross F.I.M.I.

Clean and pleasant environment. Great service from staff and brilliant attention to detail. Car had to come in because of a manufacturing fault with the airbag. Smooth service from booking in to the finish.

Superb service. A credit to Mercedes and Andrew Gallacher Hertford Manager. Kept informed many times. Job completed a day earlier than expected. Car returned to home immaculately and earlier than expected

Unfortunately this dealership delete bad reviews from costumers about how bad their cars quality it is. I believe Mercedes Benz is not represented by people like Nick Spang (general manager) who is not able to complete and come with an appropriate resolution after they sold a car what was involved in a accident and repaired at a low quality with visible marks. I hope there are people in this Mercedes Benz Group what they can take measures and come with appropriate resolution to every costumer.
