I have had mixed experiences with the company over the years. Some good, some poor. My last visit was very poor.
My van went in for a service and to have a paintwork issue looked at (flaking paint on the roof of a 3year old van). They weren't interested in the paintwork as it was out of warranty but offered a fifty fifty deal to rectify it, but couldn't tell me what that would entail.
When I checked the oil level it was only just on the minimum mark and the warning light came on. So I had to top it up to the correct level.
I wrote a letter to the general manager to complain and he couldn't even be bothered to reply.
Very poor service from a Mercedes dealer and if you buy a Merc don't be surprised if the paint flakes off the roof.
Don't go to Rossetts and don't buy a Mercedes. I won't again.

Sales team pretty hopeless!

1) No answer to my initial call to Worthing office.
2) Called several times over a couple of days, then got head office.
3) Gave details of enquiry ref our requirements for a potential new, customised van.  Was told to expect a call back shortly.
4) Waited over a week with no call back.
5) Eventually received a call back from a guy who was helpful - but said there were issues about ordering 4WD variants of the vans at the moment. He said he was going to look into this further (together with options to purchase a larger van and down-plate) and come back to me.
Approx 2 weeks later, still nothing heard.

Overall - pretty unimpressive, and intending to take my business elsewhere at this rate.

Hi everyone! Bought Van with service plan. I made an service appointment. Because I lost trust to some services in the past with other cars, after when I collect my van from Rossetts Worthing , I checked oil , oil level which was very low and dirt like before service, air filter hasn’t been changed, cabin filter hasn’t been changed and much much more… when asking on respond they written „Service A has been done” ! What a funny service managing! How you can even sign under that fraud report?
Unfortunately, I advise against using this service for everyone! ask every time for reports on your services they are not happy to share with.! Guess why?! You will find out, for example, that you additionally have a not existed sunroof lubricated in an ordinary panel van or that you have an additional row of seats in a 3-seater van and much more… Proposes to change the service manager who does not even check the work done but gives a signature guaranteeing its performance and quality!

Unfortunately on my simple case no one wish to even send me any respond via email. Bravo Rossetts!! Not trustfull service , personel not proffesional, Not reccomend at all! Rossetts! Please do not send me any information about contact with you because you not gonna resolve problems!!

Was lent an electric people carrier for a weekend. Seriously impressed with the van and the service was superb. No hard sell, very informative.

Rossetti's employees are always very helpful.

Booked my Burstner 910 Elegance in for its first service this week. I had some minor electrical issues that should be covered by the warranty..
On collection i was told that as this Sprinter chassis was an import its warranty was not the same as a UK one [ assumed theyre all imported !] and got charged £350. Shocking way to wriggle out of work on a 2 year old 1500 mile mercedes van
