Our car was serviced here yesterday. It was in at 9am, I called at 3pm to find out if they could give me an idea of when it would be ready as I hadn’t expected or planned to not have a car for the afternoon school run. It was actually all done and had been sat waiting to be picked up.
The car was all serviced and recalls done so no complaints about that.
My only issue with Mercedes is that a few years ago customer care was really high up on their priorities but now its far from it.

I booked an appointment half a month ago to fix my active brake assist warning came out of my dashboard mainly. After checking I took my car only to find out the issue still there and didn’t improve. The good things were that my car got cleaned up well and tyres checked after their service.

Megan was the lovely person who explained everything to me.
She was very professional, friendly, helpful and I have already booked my next service and requested that it is Megan again to feedback to me. She is an excellent representative for Mercedes.

Usually really good service but today’s experience wasn’t the best. Checked car in online, listed work to be done and asked if I wanted car valued, great. When I picked car up, only some of work done as waiting for parts and valuation not done. Thought the fact I wanted car valued would have hinted to sales that I am looking to replace but was wrong. Will carry on looking for new car on line!

Fantastic service at Mercedes Cambridge. From the moment I arrived the receptionist made me feel welcome and relaxed. Dean took care of me and talked me through the issues with my car with patience and professionalism. I can heartily recommend them.

This was my first visit to dealership and I was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of all staff members. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with very straight forward booking in process for vehicle servicing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for next MOT and service and for any other requirements for my car. 5 stars plus thank you. 👍

I came for a service assisted by Megan. Megan have discussed about service plan with me and how it works. Felt no pressure at any point to take on this. She kept excellent communication all throuhout the day. If she was not sure about my question, she would promptly find out and provide answers. I have accepted to take the 4 years service plan. Very very pleased with the service.

Service experience was very poor. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes just to drop my key for service. They seem to have forgotten me or just ignored me.

There was a mistake in the Mercedes paperwork needed. I had booked in for retrofit of Hermes communication unit, but there was no confirmation that this had been done. I left with zero confidence in the services team.
